i e-mailed before stating all the dates about the medical and july 14 we got call from TCS that there was a letter for my wife

congrats anyways so we are in same que now.it takes 32 days on average between PPR and visa.lets see what happens in our cases.i am at 40th day already

Your application is currently in process and that there are certain issues that cannot be addressed or assessed without an in-person interview. Unfortunately, at this point in time, it is not possible to give a timeframe for the interview.

If you have any updated documents such as photographs and other proof of the sponsor's visits since the wedding, proof of contact including telephone bills, emails and letters, proof of financial support and any other proof of an on-going relationship, you are welcome to submit these to us. Such documents would help us in assessing your application.

It depends on situation, how long u been in relation, were u sponsored ur ex spouse or u got sponsor.
this kind of things make confusion and they treat it fishy.

I shipped my package via Purolator who said that they would have it delivered by Tuesday to the destination.

Destination being the Immigration section in Islamabad, Pk...but it shows it was "Delivered via Karachi,PK depot" to Sana??? is it going to be shipped from there to Islamabad or is this the final destination???? can anyone confirm if this is normal? I'd think they'd ship it directly to Islamabad, why go through Karachi? and it just sounds like that's the final destination...

Also, to update you guys...my wife has got a appointment booked for July 19 for remed. And we got PCC from Rawalpindi. Those fruity police officers put on there that shes been in Rawalpindi since Feb 19, 2012 (that was the date of marriage...although she arrived on Feb 14...and they said they'll just use the marriage date...I don't know how these guys work). And we're still waiting for PCC from Quetta.

I would imagine most overseas cargo comes into KHI and then proceeds to its final destination. From what I've read here, Sana is the receiver for packages at CHC-I, so no need to worry.

Stop freaking out Nabeeha. From what we all are observing is that CIC-Islamabad has started to expedite family cases fairly faster than they did before in 2012.

Your time line and mine are almost the same. I live in ISB and you live in KHI. The letter is dispatched from islamabad and the postal service takes time too.

You will hear from them soon inshALLAH. Just have your additional updated documents prepared in advance like wedding pictures, call logs, money transfer reciepts, flight itineraries of your husband visiting you, and any other proof which could help you provide better grounds for your case.

For the medical part, a friend of mine works at Islamabad G-6/4 Embassy RD, Medical Branch. He told me that medicals are sent the next day to NEW DELHI for approval and authentication and takes maximum of 2 weeks. Thats all i have for now.

usually takes 2-3 months from what I've been reading, don't worry, InshAllah you'll hear from them soon!

Mansor my husband did re-medical beginning of June and his status is also updated on e-case but no PPR yet..his file was transferred mid april 2011 - so it's been a month and a half since re-medical and nothing yet.. hopefully inshallah we will hear very soon..
