Hi all,

How do you contact the Canada Embassy Islamabad regarding address change i.e. wrong address showing on ECAS?

Do you e-mail them, fax them, or fill the online form? If you e-mail them, where did you find their e-mail address?

same case here, i emailed them two weeks back and also faxed them, but so far no response. i guess within couple of weeks, once they see my email, they ll change my address.

I am new member of this group. my husband is about to file may case this week inshallah...from reading all time line of 2010-2011, and this one i think process is fast when you apply for your wife but if its with kids its bit slow..is it true,, because i have son who is 2.5 year old.
any suggestion before applying please let me know because we are applying without lawyer. first we decided to go with lawyer we have given all documents to her but she was involved in some miss representation so some one filled case against her in canada so now we decided to do it by our self.

1. Case Processing is similar as for Regular Family sponsorship. I have 3 Kids and found the Processing going like others. Have a look at my time line .
2. It is always better to apply by yourself. It is very simple and this Forum could answer all of your questions from Application Filling to Landing.

ohh alright... around 3 weeks back, i got a reply from chc that they will post my remed in coming days, on top of that on ecas it shows my international mailing address. i dont know how much time pakistan post will take to deliver the letter.

This is very worrisome. If I remember correctly my nikah-nama has the union council stamp but the date is filled in by hand on the form. i.e. the union council stamp is not dated by the union council. Are they requesting all such cases to provide the union council stamp with date?

yes they mentioned in their request , but I submitted what I had with me.

on 29 may 2012 i sent additional docs along with re-pcc but unfortunatly i only sent my current city re-pcc(sialkot) but i spent 4 years in islamabad (2006-2010) i dont sent from there
from last some days i read the posts of different people i realize i have to sent all places where i lived more then 6 months
should i sent them now or leave it
if yes in islamabad whr can i get my pcc.

polic cert cant get by email, your family member or friend which are living in quetta they simply go to police line and request for police cert and do not forget to take the picture of the applicant along with her id card.

Ok thank you brother, her family moved to Rawalpindi with her but her father has asked a friend to find out. I guess we will have to mail ID card and pictures to them if its a go.

address changes are not accepted by email, see below:

Please send us a signed fax or a signed letter (see fax number and address below) with the following information:

your original request to change your mailing address,
the full name of applicant and original signature,
the applicant's date of birth,
the file number [letter followed by a nine-digit number],
telephone number, including area code,
fax number, including area code,
the mailing address, and
a return fax number and/or e-mail address (if available)
Please do not send any new address information by email. As we require your signature on this information, kindly note that your current mailing address stands unchanged and this email has been deleted.
