Hi every1 and Khilafah5
I received another letter Dated 16 June 2012,(this letter is posted 2 months and 10 days after AOR), requesting 2 things,
"Proof of your sponsor's income, adequate financial arrangements for your care and support in Canada: i.e your sponsor's recent notices of assessment (2009-2011), T4's Employment letter(s), recent pay stubs, your bank statement, your sponsor's bank statement, and documentary proof of any other financial support available to you in Canada"
"Statement of live birth for your daughter"
Now i have 2 questions
1.Do i have to send them everything my self or my wife can send these documents directly to CHC-I from Canada?
2. My wife has been working off and on in last 3 years, she hardly wen't to work for 6 months in this period, moreover she was in Pakistan for around 17 months in the mention time (2009-2011). She started a proper Job in March 2012 when my daughter turned 8 months old. Is that gonna be an issue if i don't make up things(like Tax papers), and tell them everything as it happened?

this is scaring me. My wife has also sponsored me in june 2011 but came back to pakistan in jan 2012 after the birth of my daughter. It was getting hard for her to live there alone. Now she has been with me for 6 months. I haven't informed CHC that my wife is here and do not intend to do so either.

Do you think they will find out and request all these things from me too?

why can't wife be with husband during sponsorship?? my sister was with her husband after marriage and applied for sponsorship from Pakistan, she did recently come back and is planning to go back to Pakistan...is this going to be a problem?

Also...I just saw your updated list you posted...you updated mine with "forms + reppc" for me...are you just assuming or you have some insider info?

it doesnt matter if is wife/husband u have to live in canada to sponsor
thats one of the coditions in the application kit

they know how long u stay by CBSA

i assumed u got that because ur case didnt go IN PROCESS

ask ur sister not to go she is making her case complicated
they ask her for proof same as mohi brother

I am new to this forum, and have a question. I am about to submit the application to Sponsor my wife, but some of the additional forms for Pakistan, i.e. Supplementary Information, Redundancy Questionnaire and Education Background etc, requires a "File No:____________". Do I need to put my file number(Sponsor's File No)? or do I need to leave it blank?

u should see ur new address there really soon

Hopefully the initial review is already done on my file and they should be sending me some type of request soon. I'll wait a few days n see what the letter says n then think about sending my wife back.

this is scaring me. My wife has also sponsored me in june 2011 but came back to pakistan in jan 2012 after the birth of my daughter. It was getting hard for her to live there alone. Now she has been with me for 6 months. I haven't informed CHC that my wife is here and do not intend to do so either.

Do you think they will find out and request all these things from me too?

Just tell them that you are a genuine married couple and its not possible for a genuine couple to stay apart for 26 or more months. You people have a kid and you are not supposed to miss these precious moments of life for just because you want to migrate to Canada. They should change their rules instead of negatively impacting family lives of others.

in Other words.. GOLI maro Canada ko... Most probably you will get rejected because your wife is living here and their rules say she shouldn't.

I know one case that got processed in 18 months. The wife had sponsored the husband from pakistan and had not gone back to canada even once. in other words stayed with her husband from start to end. Her husband got the visa stamped in 18 months

im ust waiting to hear from them to see where we stand in their books. And then decide what to do.

Is there ayone else on this forum with a similar case?
