Did they return documents along with passport? If not, then do you know how/when they will return documents?

Status = Decision made. Mailing address = Pakistan. Permanent address = now showing as Canada.

Also - can you confirm TCS collects courier payment only when passport is returned back to you right?

I would recommend not going for a consultant. They know nothing in addition to what's publicly available. And you're going to be the one who provides them all the documents and info anyway, so why not do it for yourself. I would say consultants are only beneficial for either really busy people...

Thanks for pointing that out. Then it means Ottawa files turn will come by roughly May-June 2013. I also have a bad feeling that Islamabad's stellar pace in 2012 will slightly have slowed down in Q4 2012 due to Christmas and also slightly slowed in Q1 2013 due to Tahir ul Qadri type of events...
