NEWS FROM MY SIDE....My WIFE received call from CHC-I today and they guy asked her for her and mine DOB and then told her that they are sending her medical in 2-3 weeks and also told her that they as per our recent proof sent to them it mention there that our ruksati is expected on Nov 9th they confirm that again with my wife and then in last they informed her that they will be finalizing everything once they received pics from ruksati.

Now I dont know if its a positive sigh or not. May be they were just doing security check to see if its really my wife who uses that number that I have provided to them. I am feeling good about this now lets see Allah sab behtar karega...

so ur case will get delayed by about 6 months

Let my explian you becuse they ask proof of your husband visit, So that I want to send to them from canada like bording, pass copy of passport. Or what you think I should send my wife and she forward to them along with her side supplmet fourm

just the IMM forms and supplementary information...

you have to send forms with only your information as just YOU are being sponsored nobody else

you can not update your address online... you will have to send an email to islamabad for change of address

Just had a question for the seniors, my wife's phone # has changed since we filed the application. From this post it seems like there is a chance that they will give her a call.
Should I send CIC-I an email them notifying them of the change of her ph# or should I include a seperate sheet when I send in my additional proofs which discusses the change in phone #?

if you are already sending them stuff then just mention in the cover letter about change of phone # and also once your package reach there just email them to confirm if they have received it or not and also write about change of phone # in the email i think thats the best way....

i guess you should send everything to your wife and then she forward everything altogether to islamabad in one package rather than sending separate stuff from CAnada and Pakistan... just for CHC ease you know

okay my letter is dated at june 11, but i received it today..

anyways i would appreciate help from all the senior members...
they requested me for the IMM8 , schedule A and IMM5406 and supplementary information/ afghanistan questionnaire,
n then they said seperate application forms for all the male members of the family over the age of 15 and females over 18.. ?... which members are these lol...
and then they sent me this link which i can not open too

and then proof of contact .. u know in pakistan they dont give u your call log and mine is a prepaid number and in my husbands call logs in his bills the time which he has received my calls its just written incoming call and my number doesnt not show..

then they asked for the financial assistance thing that i can give them the western union receipts..
and then sponsor visit,,, the copy of passport with entry and exit stamps..
ok so he did not come to pakistan, he came to dubai and and i went there too in feb 2012 to march 2012..
so i can send that too
and then they said explanation why we didnt not have rukhsati
although when we applied we sent all the pictures and all that
it was my nikah and reception the same day only...
so where does this rukhsati question comes from
we even send them the invitation cards which clearly stated nikah and reception lunch
anyways when i went to dubai we had an additional reception there too as my parents in law lives there so all the people who couldnt make it from dubai to pakistan on our wedding we did a function for them and it was my honeymoon too
i sent voluntary information in march only..
our visas, boarding passes and pictures of that reception...

so what explanation m i supposed to give them now..
they didnt receive my voluntary information or what
and now they havent asked me for any pictures so may be they have received it too...
ur quick help would be really helpful as im planning to send them everything in a week max

ill take the print out of our facebook chats and the whats app texts..
that is more then of 200 pages
is that enough
and should i send them pictures again ?

Just fill forms for yourself not anyone else if you are the only person being sponsored.
You can get last three months call log from your prepaid service provider (that’s what my husband did but he used postpaid as well). And you can also send skype/msn/yahoo chat/voice chat/emails/text msgs from cell phone.
I would ssend them the rukhsati pics again along with the reception pics you did in dubai with the explaination in covering letter that you had your rukhsati and attach pics and all other evidence…then explain as your in-laws couldn’t attend your reception you did it again in dubai as per their wish and send the pics as well…
They must have received your voluntary information but they need it again so I would send everything again….

my parents in law were in pakistan too at my time of marriage ofcourse.. in dubai we did a function again for all the friends and family who lives in dubai and couldnt come to pakistan on our wedding as my husband is born and brought up in dubai and my in laws live in dubai so for their friends we did this reception... aiwaee mein
