NEWS FROM MY SIDE....My WIFE received call from CHC-I today and they guy asked her for her and mine DOB and then told her that they are sending her medical in 2-3 weeks and also told her that they as per our recent proof sent to them it mention there that our ruksati is expected on Nov 9th they confirm that again with my wife and then in last they informed her that they will be finalizing everything once they received pics from ruksati.

Now I dont know if its a positive sigh or not. May be they were just doing security check to see if its really my wife who uses that number that I have provided to them. I am feeling good about this now lets see Allah sab behtar karega...

okay my letter is dated at june 11, but i received it today..

anyways i would appreciate help from all the senior members...
they requested me for the IMM8 , schedule A and IMM5406 and supplementary information/ afghanistan questionnaire,
n then they said seperate application forms for all the male members of the family over the age of 15 and females over 18.. ?... which members are these lol...
and then they sent me this link which i can not open too

and then proof of contact .. u know in pakistan they dont give u your call log and mine is a prepaid number and in my husbands call logs in his bills the time which he has received my calls its just written incoming call and my number doesnt not show..

then they asked for the financial assistance thing that i can give them the western union receipts..
and then sponsor visit,,, the copy of passport with entry and exit stamps..
ok so he did not come to pakistan, he came to dubai and and i went there too in feb 2012 to march 2012..
so i can send that too
and then they said explanation why we didnt not have rukhsati
although when we applied we sent all the pictures and all that
it was my nikah and reception the same day only...
so where does this rukhsati question comes from
we even send them the invitation cards which clearly stated nikah and reception lunch
anyways when i went to dubai we had an additional reception there too as my parents in law lives there so all the people who couldnt make it from dubai to pakistan on our wedding we did a function for them and it was my honeymoon too
i sent voluntary information in march only..
our visas, boarding passes and pictures of that reception...

so what explanation m i supposed to give them now..
they didnt receive my voluntary information or what
and now they havent asked me for any pictures so may be they have received it too...
ur quick help would be really helpful as im planning to send them everything in a week max

ill take the print out of our facebook chats and the whats app texts..
that is more then of 200 pages
is that enough
and should i send them pictures again ?

i am nt sure abt ur othr ques, but i got one request same as urs for the supplementary info for males over 15 etc. try using the same link tht u wrote here b ut instead of "forms-en" near the end, put "Form-en"
this worked for me

if it doesnt work let me kno i'll send u the pdf.

if ur case include any dependents thn u have to fill for thm as well, otherwise just one for the person who is being sponsored

Just had a question for the seniors, my wife's phone # has changed since we filed the application. From this post it seems like there is a chance that they will give her a call.
Should I send CIC-I an email them notifying them of the change of her ph# or should I include a seperate sheet when I send in my additional proofs which discusses the change in phone #?

my timeline is exactly same as yours, file submitted on aug 5th, Sponsorship Approval Email received on 17-oct-2011

got a call from chc on June 6th for some confirmation, got a letter from chc on june 14th asking for re Police cert + more post wedding pics + some more forms which are on the way to them.
However, ecas still hasnt changed to in process but we know the process has started. may be u'll hear smth soon from them too or if they dont want anything u might get remed request directly in a few months. keep us up to date since our timelines r same

bro i got the same request last month u just provide everything u have and reat of the things exxplain in a seprate letter that u send these thing on that date
dont need to worry just chill take ur time arrange things and send them back .
i send all this stuff on 29 may still waiting fr medical so wait game is on

u have july 20 to send ur papers its 45 days from the date thats written on it brother

ask ur wife to return to canada ASAP,

last week a member had his visa rejected because his wife was living in pakistan for a long time

they requested re-med 1month later case was rejected

Okkk, first of all, congratz to SI, Canadian 555, Canadian 786, Ezee, Toronto12 and everyone else who got updates and good news from CHC this week.

Dear Khilafah bro and others, I have some update to share from my side too

As I told last week, got a call from CHC on june 6th for sme general ques; after that, on June 14th, I got a letter from cHC (dated June 6th, same daay we got the call) asking for the following:

1) Re PCC,
2) translations of CNIC + Birth cert (again),
3) Supplementary info for myself
4) Residency questionnaire for my wife,
5) more wedding pix (even though we sent around 300 last time, but probably bcoz we didnt write full names of the ppl in the pix, this time I put as much details on the back of the pix as possible, full names, relations etc),
6) more post wedding pix
7) and since my wife is living in Pak with me, proof of her intentions to go back to Canada (we provided a current job letter from her employer in CA + letter of support from a family member in CA)

Just a li'l background info: My has been living with me since our wedding and through the application process for those who r wondering whether your spouse can stay with you during the process; Keeping in mind this is the case where my wife is a Canadian citizen so I am not sure if its the same for Permanent residents too or not

this whole past week was hectic, collecting all the required docs, PCC etc but now its on its way to CHC.

My question to those who have gotten letters from CHC is, what happens if it gets over 30 days time limit that they provided? is it bad? will it stretch the process even further? Its not our fault, these chc ppl should send stuff from courier and not through regular mail, we already lost 8 days this way.

Thoughts on what happens if it gets past 30 days?
