Its ok...don't worry...I hear ya....I am Feb 2011 file transfer and still waiting for my wife's visa to be issued....for some reason they are hanging on to my wife's passport and its over 2 months now....its getting very annoying...especially because I have paid RPRF fees and everything in the very beginning...

Atleast ur passport is with them so u are sure you are gonna gwt visa soon but look at the ppl who is in interview queu since 2010.

Dear Khalifa,

you are requested to update my status to your list as i got letter dated 31-May-2012 (i received yesterday 19-Jun-2012) from CIC-I, asking for Additional Information i.e (Re-PCC, Honey Moon Photos, and IMM forms + My wife to Pay RPRF) and i have to reply within 45 days. Now i have some questions to all my romeos & Juliets espasially Bro. Khalifa as follows:

1 - They are asking the Re-PCC from the country where i stay more than Six Months, so I m currently reside in Abu Dhabi (UAE) but i went to Pakistan once for 20 days during this process, so i think i shouldn,t provide Re-PCC from Pakistan, .....???


-~send it for only the places where u have live more than 6 months..sont send for pakistan as u stayed there for 20 days only.


2 - They are not asking for proof of Contact and evidence i.e (Call History, e-mailz etc.), so my question is either we should provide it, or leave it,.....?


- ~they are asking for honeymoon pics means they need proofs that u dont have ao sens them
All other proofs to assure them ur relation is genuine.


3 - They are asking for Honey Moon Pictures which is not done yet, so forsure we will put Not Applicable or any reason, so my question is that if it will be bad for our Case or ......???


-~send them post wedding pics if theres any and explain the reason why u didnt go for honeymoon,ur other proofs will cover this.


4 - I didn,t get the re-medical request yet, but if in case i get re-medical and if i done it, so is it on me to send the medical result to CIC-I or it will be sent by MD....??? and how long it will for CIC-I to send me re-medical request after this currents request.


- ~wait for cic to request for medical,dont do it ursef or it will be over smartnes for them

Please i need some quick answers to my questions as i have only 25 days to reply to CIC-I.

I am new to this forum so hoping if anybody can help me out....

Here is my timeline:

App Filed: OCT 2011
File Transfer: DEC 2011
AOR Received: APR 2012
Doc Req: APR 2012 (Supp Forms, Communication Proof, Rukhsati)
Doc Sent: MAY 2012
Meds Done: SEPT 2011 (First)

In June, address showed up on E-Case but still (Application Received). I ordered GCMS notes which shows
Interview required during initial notes prior to AOR was sent.

Can anyone tell me what will happen next? Will interview be waived?

Hmmm thats a good question ---- Did you perform a full marriage ?? If no Rukhsati then they will ask you to get your Rukhsati done ----- Make sure you provide solid communication proof to avoid an interview -- i think the information you provide will help the Visa officer decide if your case still requires an interview

Gtalk transcripts
phone bills -- on the bill indicate your and your wifes number
Support Receipts --- eg Western Union
skype
online gift receipts etc

Once you sumit all this --- try ordering Caipes again after 2 months to see what the situation is ---

If you havent done Rukhsati and you mentioned it on your file or its in your Caipes notes ---- then you should plan a trip to Pakistan even before they ask --- and get it done ASAP
If you performed Rukhsati then write a covering letter explaining when and where it was done -- with proof

I haven't performed Rukhsati yet, we have postponed it till Dec...When I received AOR they asked me to provide explaination which I did...I will send as much proof as possible

no problem dear freind i know we all busy alot n thanks for your useful information yes sure i will tell them to write my name the same of my pasport but they saying to anyone that anyone can get the police certificate where our embassy n consulates are so they said that you can get it from Afghan consulates too i dont know how much they said the truth but i will ask them again whenever my police certificate finish in Afghan Interior ministry on saturday inshallah

After finishing from Interior ministry, they will give you letter to take it to foreign ministry, foreign ministry will fax afghan embassy Islamabad it will take 3 days at least to forward your clearance certificate to embassy after that you can go to afghan embassy to take clearance certificate, please note that consulate cant give it.

Dear Friend,

you have the file number, you should visit cic.gc.ca website and signin via your application number, there under permanent resident application status, you will find the date of file transfer. by the way when CIC-M is sending your file number via email, normally they are mentioneding the date of file transfer also.

Yes,u can check ur online status by using that application number....

3). is it a nikkah only case
4). the re-med request u dont have to worry just take what they send to MD and he/she take care off it
