Alhumdulillah my wife landed safely in Canada on Jun 17th, 2012.
As a few of you requested me to post the complete timeline, so here it is:
Applied for wife: Dec 22nd, 2010
Sponsorship approval: Jan 19th, 2011
File Transfer to Islamabad: Jan 27th, 2011
1st Email to CHC-Islamabad from wife's account for File Number: March 28th, 2011 - Reply -> In queue for Initial review
Proof of continous relationship and updated PCC sent voluntraily: Jun 24th, 2011 (5 months after File transfer)
2nd Email to CHC-Islamabad from wife's account: October 4th, 2011 - Reply -> In queue for Initial review
Visit to wife in Pakistan: November 5th, 2011 (Held onto proof as I wasn't sure if they would attach the documents by the time of initial review)
3rd email to CHC- Islamabad for application status from my email account: January 3rd, 2012 - Reply-> In queue for review by Immigration officer
Initial review done by Local staff: Feb 7th, 2012
Review by Canadian Immigration officer: Feb 8th, 2012 - Satisfied with relationship proof, asked to waive supp forms request and issue Re-med and PHEP (PPR).
Re-med and PHEP letter prepared: Feb 14th, 2012
CHC-Islamabad screw up: Were supposed to send it on Feb 18th but most likely held on the letters or forgot to send.
GCMS ordered: Feb 22nd, 2012
4th Email to CHC-Islamabad about file status: March 3rd, 2012 - Reply on March 12th, 2012 -> Background checks are over, Medical instructions letter and PHEP letter sent on Feb 18th, 2012
5th Email: March 12th informing that the remedical and PPR not recieved yet. (No reply or record of email in GCMS)
6th Email: March 28th, 2012 -> Sent an email again letting them know that we didn't recieve those letters (No reply or record in GCMS)
7th Email: April 17th, 2012 -> Emailed again letting them know that we didn't recieve those letters (NO reply in GCMS)
8th Email: April 19th, 2012 to Ross Hyness ( No reply but record in GCMS that emailed recieved on 22nd April)
Immigration officer review: April 23rd, 2012 -> Asked to send Re-med and PPR again
Medical performed without Re-medical letter: April 24th, 2012 (I don't recommend anyone to do this as it might put your case in jeopardy)
Re-med and PPR letter received: April 28th, 2012
Passport and medical sent: May 1st, 2012
Documents attached to file: May 7th, 2012
Visa Stamped: May 28th, 2012
Passport with Visa recieved: June 2nd, 2012
Wife Landed in Canada: June 17th, 2012
