ya thats why i dont want them to ask me more stuff cuz it can delay the process and ya people who are sending emails to embassy and their are not getting reply... dont worry guys cuz soon u guys will get something from embassy cuz i use to send email to them alot too and they ignored me too.. but then now i got mail from them asking these stuff

i was thinking to change the mailing address from afghanistan to pakistan ... but i dont know im scared because it might effect the case... like if i change the address then the embassy might ask more stuff such as pakistan police check and stufff help guys should i change the addresss or no?

do not change ur address. Just write to them via email tell them the reason for delay.
They do understand. I'm just wondering how come they gave u less time. ??? If it will be more then 3 months then they will not accept it.
If they have asked u for new police certificate it will take time.

today i have received request for refill supplemntry and some other form..
but i am confuse... they askingme again for send
marriage original certifice.
origion passport copies,
15 pictures of me and sponsor
origion education paper,
more proove about relationship develpment ,
plane if they refuse what iw ill do , \
some additional request...

i am worry why they asking me again for send. and good news i did not see any where in the latter say me that your relationship is ganioune........


my application was received in feb,2011 , received latter for refill some form and documet dated 21 feb, on latter..?


any one can tell me every thing smooooth?

i was did rukhsti in dec,2011 and send them all document already but they asking me again. but not saying relationship is not ganioune
pray for all gays , will get good news

You will need to send original documents. I repeat Original documents. I wonder why you guys dont go through the immigration guide they have on their website. It tells you everything and it clearly states that nationals of Pakistan must send all of original documents of the applicant. Is that too hard to understand. I'm not being an ass**** but please read the guide completely before asking questions.

Purpose of my question was to see if there was any way out of sending the original documents, as we are not that blessed to send a servant at nadra office and do our work if incase we lost our documents. You got to experience the experience yourself to see what happens there and how humiliating our system is if that document is lost. Anyways.

After the visa is issued they return those documents right!! as i know my uncle they lost his documents. Embassy said they sent it back n he never received it back as i hear lots of horror stories

Hi Guys,
I need some help. My wife application timeline is as below.

Applied in Sept. 2010
File transferred Oct. 15, 2010
First letter with some forms & original marriage certificate received in Dec. 15, 2011
2nd Medical requested Jan 05, 2012

Now the embassy sent another letter requesting Afghani marriage certificate. We got married in Pakistan and we received only Pakistani issued certificate and now they say it is not acceptable for Afghan Nationals.

Can you guys tell me how to obtain an Afghan Consulate issued marriage certificate? I am in Canada and my wife is in Afghanistan.

For changing your spouse's address in Pakistan, your spouse needs to fax CHC-Islamabad a signed letter stating that her address is changed.

Hi there,

Danny4450 is right. Also you should mail that letter too once you fax it. I had to mail them the letter and 2 months later I had to fax it again and mail it again since they did not update the address and apparently the letter got lost or something.

So Please FAX a signed letter of updated address and MAIL it too.
