they use TCS for remedical and for PPR, sometime remedical comes with Repcc so it come by TCS to but it depand sometime they sent you remedical by pakistan post, and if you get repcc and forms most probably they send you by pakistan post not TCS.

WAKE UP...I have a good news today i have receivD a letter from cic.islamabad they asked about supplementary form request but nothing More.not police clearance certificate nor medical
Is there any body got request abut supplementary form?please inbox Me

it was ordinary mail service for me about supplimentery forum request.
and letter took more than one week to come im my hand.they said i have 45 days to reply otherwise ....but Postal service ruined 1 week.but does not matter

is your husband or wife case, yes they always send supplementary forms as your file is april 2011 so on this stage most probably you wont get medical.

its husband case but few members received passport request we both r almost same in dates

yes but maham is wife case and not every wife case got ppr early and atleast you got something otherwise chc send update mostly after a year so you are lucky you heard from them within a year
