No ... not after being in queue but when thy asked to send further docs in June 2012 ... i hv ordered GCMS but didn't get reply..... i just want to cry ... it has been abt 23 months n ...:'(

AOA, need your help or any other member can help. After checking my GCMS notes where review was required after that chc Islamabad is thinking about interview required should I send additional documents to Islamabad?before I sent additional documents to Ottawa and my file was transferred to Islamabad but they review and place file in Interview group.

as per my suggestion send proof of post wedding to Islamabad office as soon as possible, either via tcs if in Pakistan or DHL if outside pakistan, they might take you out of interview que in sha allah! good Luck

Salam All,

I sponsored my wife who is in Pakistan last year in October. Wondering if anyone here can help me get a better understanding.

My application timelines are:
Application received: Nov 5, 2012
Sponsor approval Letter received: Dec 14, 2012
Original Nikah Nama/Wife's original degree returned: July 31st, 2013 (as the letter stated copies were kept and originals were not needed) - this came from Case Processing Pilot - Ottawa (CPP-O)

My question is:

What stage is my application at?
What follows next?
How much longer am I looking at from a processing stand point?


Any help/clarification/guidance would be extremely appreciated!

As per suggestion send post wedding contact proof of emails and call history and skype screenshots to Islamabad office as soon as possible before the visa office starts your initial file review, good luck

Does any body know weather CHC isb is working or thy r still on strike as after Eid there no TCS tracking from CHC.... Why r thy on strike...? Processing time is still increasing.... no work is going on...thn for what reason thy r on strike.....?????????

My wife is in Pakistan and we got married in June 2011 but I could not apply until October 2011. I got the confirmation in Jan 2012 that Islamabad has received the application. I submitted my applcation with nikkah and all the communication proof we had until October 2011.

Since then there is no communication from CIC.

I went to Pakistan earlier this year for Rukhsati. I did not send Rukhsati proof to CIC as I have been waiting for them to contact me for the further proof.

Should I send the Rukhsati proof and the communication proof since Oct 2011 anyway or wait till the contact me. The processing time I was given was 24 months.

Just noticed the website of CHC-I and I can see they have the STRIKE announcement on their first page, more reasons to worry :-/
