Q.1. Yes, apply online.
Q.2. Ignore the two options for mail. They don't apply to you.
Q.3. It will take 30 days or less. In my case, it usually took less than 20 days.

Your husband should make the request. You need to fill out the consent form as indicated in no. 3 on the link.

Yes it is, as your husband will be requesting on your behalf.

Yes because only a Canadian Citizen can order GCMS notes & in Your case your husband can order these notes on your behalf

Well as far as i know...visa wud b needed till he becomz canadian citizen.

I got a re-medical request in my email, it says that I have to do my medical within 60 days of receiving this email, the email is not from Islamabad Office it is from client-update-mise-a-jour @ cic.gc.ca

Has anyone else experienced the same situation, thank you and best of luck everyone in this forum special my Pakistani and Afghan Brothers and Sisters,

print out the letter send to u and go to ur medical and send it with proof to CHC and that can show that u got a letter to do re med. and keep a copy with urself in case they ask for it again... but congrats on good news and its ok i heard some people do get it through email. and dont be worried

Yes I have already printed the email, but the doctor says that they will send my medical results via DHL to India office and they will only provide me a small printed page which has my picture on it, shall I send this to CHC-I islamabad after I receive it?

That's what I am wondering, since Delhi office is on strike. I wonder if they are still looking after medical results.
