HI plz help me about my cause ,, i applied spouse cause in oct 7 2011 ,file transfer islamabad after approve from canada since 14 dec 2011, in january 2012 my wife was sick very badly had spend 2 weeks in hospital so i applied in feb 2012 TRV and rejected ,,as u know same rejection like all of them ,, any way i'm still awiting for our cause and my wife she is alone she did visit here in august 2012 again and now 2013 she want come here again but its not posible to come here for her ,she has some medical problem and going 2 doctor properly every 2 weeks.. can i apply again TRV ? or should i wait for our file ...i got email from chc islamabad since jan 7 2013, they have no required any documents buts ur file in interview Que,,,moreover i sent more documents when she came to me ..still awaiting plzz help me Thanks

Yeah, do that right away. I was also in interview queue and got this information from GCMS. After that, I got out of interview queue based on what I had learned from the notes. That is what brought me to this stage Al-Hamdolillah!

Thanks for reply brother, m ordering this soon inshaAllah....but askng u same question tht as u hv already applied, wud it be better to apply online or to send by mail(post)...? thr are two options in mail which one is for me...? How long did thy take to respose for gcms...?? plz reply...!!!

I would suggest you to use option No. 1

Your Sponsor in Canada can apply GCMS Notes on your behalf. Yes! You need to pay 5$ as fee using Credit Card.

The usual time is around 30 days but it can come any time after 16- 17 days ....

Salam, get your spouse to apply online as only a Canadian Citizen can apply to Access to Information then you pay $5.00 and have it sent by email its the fastest and you may look at it anytime In Sha Allah.. May Allah bless you
