You don't need visa but you need proper photo id along with a drivers licence for identification

Thanks ..For those who had requested GCMS. I want to know if lets say you had send additional documents. Does you notes mentions that they have reviewed those additional document?

For example inn my case it says that they have attached supporting document to the file but no where it says that they have reviewed it. I just want to know if it usually says review or attaching means that they reviewed already?

Yes this is normal!

That mean they attached to the file but your VO not yet review your file again. VO should have a Review note about new documents.

That's what I found in My Notes on one place they said documents attached to the file and after 6 week on other line VO wrote comments about the documents he said after reviewing those additional documents I found this relationship is genuine.

2- so for me in notes it says feb/2013 supporting document received and then next notes says 2013/03/13 support document attached...Then 3rd notes says 2013/03/14 - File to GBL as per INT List (I don't know what this means) then 4rth notes says 2013/03/15 - required interview


I am confused if they even reviewed the new stuff or not ? it does not say any where that they have reviewed new documents. ...
I am thinking to apply for his visit visa now I am very disappointed ... my file has been in interview queue since 2012 /04/04

congratz on your remed request, we have received exact the same email in this month as well, all you have to do to make an appointment With Doctor in Kabul is ( Dr. Abdul Ahad Asir ) the Phone is ( +93 - 799 142 913 ) arrange the time, the fee is US $110 that includes your check up and Lab work for xray you have to pay there is a french hospital close to his office he is going to send you there to do xray it would be around AF 1200 to AF 1500 afghani rupees and the will give you the xray, you bring it to there office and you are done, he is going to send it via DHL to India for final processing and the result will be updated to there system. you dont need to send or communicate anything to CHC islamabad just wait for further communication from their office. just keep your receipt of your medical report and the rest of documents doctor will give you in case for your own file that is it, make the appointment as quick as possible he is very busy and he will give you in 20 25 days later so hurry up my dear to get it done as soon as you can. if you need any further info let me know please, I am in the same situation its my wife case and I have wait almost two years to get this remed, hope we get Passport request soon bakhair inshaullah with Ramada Karim on his way, May Allah jan shower his mercy upon all of us. take care and keep in touch. i will communicate if we get anything else, if you do please let me know.

GBL is probably code name for a visa officer who determines whether or not a file is to be kept in interview list. The officer who received your supporting documents forwarded them to GBL who is the person who reviewed it from the perspective of having an interview or not. Up to this point, the same happened with me as per my GCMS. However, after this the interview officer wrote that they are convinced of my relationship as genuine and cancelled my interview.

I'm sorry to say that the officer is not yet convinced about your relationship. You should go through the notes in detail and try to see what exactly is causing them to be suspicious. And then you should send more supporting documents to get out of interview queue. I hope Allah gets you out of interview queue very soon Insha Allah.

You should remember that once your are in interview queue there is no harm in being a little aggressive in sending them additional documents. In my case I sent them additional documents 3 times over the course of 5 months to get out of it.

I also took the advice of a consultant before sending the documents and made sure that I particularly address the reason for being in interview queue in the first place.

Because my lawyer is fucking dumb and all she can do is point finger on me, I cant really consult with her in regards to what should I send them more to get him out of the interview queue. I did read the notes and I know the reason, but the problem is that I do not know what to send them. They have put my case in an interview queue because of bona fide of marriage and real. So basically they don't believe that our marriage is real. I can't go back and do the wedding again obviously... so I don't know what else to send them.... I do keep everything such as money receipts, phone, email chats.... but I am not sure if it will put my file away from the queue because their notes says "file in is interview queue for bona fide of marriage and rel"

I hv a lawyer too n he is ****** dnt do any thing even if we ask to do... cud u plz further describe meaning of bona fide as i knw is refer to truth an satisfactory....!!! and after having these proofs with u, ask ur lawyer what u shud provide them...? aur atleast she shd ask abt wn u can hv an interview...? bcoz for visit visa... 1- Do you what it means: Primary: N or Y. Under Paper file.... before 2013 Primary was "N" and then after 2013 they changed it to "Y"

2- Another thing I noticed is that Under Notes I have latest notes from April 02 2013 but Under application assignment some thing was due on may 11 2013. but they don't mention what it was in the notes

I hv a lawyer too n he is ****** : @ dnt do any thing even if we ask to do... cud u plz further describe meaning of bona fide as i knw is refer to truth an satisfactory....!!! and after having these proofs with u, ask ur lawyer what u shud provide them...? aur atleast she shd ask abt wn u can hv an interview...? bcoz for visit visa... U can apply definetely but thy wont let u as ur case already in process... !! May Allah get out all of us from these problems soon ... inshaAllah...!!

Bona fide of marriage and real----------- meaning they want to check authentication of my marriage I guess
No where it says that I cant apply for TRV if my file is in process...

My lawyer does not care what so ever ... she does not care if I have to wait or not she just says I don't know what else to do ....
Yesterday I told her to send my husband's renewed passport copy ... you are not going to believe what she did.... she wrote his first name and DOB incorrect ... that's how fucked up she is ....
Luckily she CC me on the email so guess what I called her right away and told her you made so many mistakes in the email .... but goshhhh she have so much of guts that she told me what so many mistakes its only the name and DOB as long as file number is correct they will find him ....
I was like and you don't think writing correct name and DOB is not important ... like seriously ... so I have stopped consulting her for anything .... infect for GCMS notes also I did not ask her if I should send it or not... I just told her I will order.....
