HI EVERYONE,

I would like to ask the senior members as well as every one if the can help me to keep me relax .....
my application status is changed in to DM since 18th of February n till to date i did not received any letter or hear any thing from CHC I
even the DM was made with out asking for PP and when i sent them letter asking of it the replied me by mail that ur application is kept by visa officer for final review ....... :'(
what does it mean plz help me out of this b....y s...t problem im so stressed......

I suggest that you contact your MP to get him/her to get more information on your file asap. let them know about the delays and that you haven't heard anything. i take it that there is someone checking the mail at the address in pakistan every day? they will send it to that address, not the one in canada.

also, order your GCMS notes today, they take about 30 days to process, so if you order today you will only get them in beginning of june. don't forget to include the consent form from your spouse (the applicant), since you are requesting information on their file, and not on yours (the sponsor's file was completed once it left mississauga for pakistan).

That is not enough. Relationship proof itself might not be the cause of the delay. You need to get GCMS notes to understand what is specifically causing the delay. There are other possibilities. Also, within relationship proof, there could be several reasons for suspicion. You need to find out which one.

Lol do u want me to go to isl and ask them what the hell, would that then be enough? I know the delay is caused coz of interview queue, wich i am trying to avoid by providing them more proof of relationship. So as i said i will be ordering Gcms at the end of this month. I Just want to give them enough time to actually go through my new package and update my file so that my Gcms have something in it.

ALLAHAMDULLILAH ALLHAMDULLILAH i got my passport back with visa stamped SHUKER HAI ALLAH KA.
it took 20 months when file transferd to isb. and guys let me tell u my wife was with me and she is still with me in pakistan through out my processing time.. SHUKER HAI ALLAH ka bhut bhut bhut.
i hope everyone get good news sooner IN SHA ALLAH AMEEN SUM AMEEN

I would also recommend talking to your mp if they are not responding to your emails or calls. The mp can probably get more detailed information for you.

Even if it's too late now. I personally feel that people grown up in
Canada can find the best life partners here in Canada. There are lots of advantages
to getting married here rather than in Pakistan=(Especially for girls). Parents do play a
big part in all this. Destiny comes in too. However, If I could go back in time I would
have taken my decisions differently. This is why I sort of agree now with
these long sponsorship timelines. Canada does this for our better.
