I have been emailing them almost every month and for last 8 months in every single email they tell me that my file is in interview queue. I have recently provided them more proof so I am giving them enough time to actually go through documents and hopefully remove my case from interview queue. I am doing what I can, trust me.

That is not enough. Relationship proof itself might not be the cause of the delay. You need to get GCMS notes to understand what is specifically causing the delay. There are other possibilities. Also, within relationship proof, there could be several reasons for suspicion. You need to find out which one.

i applied back in may 2011. my status changed to inprocess march2013. after that no contact from cic. Any one please whi has the same problem please share.

my re-medical (2nd medical) will also expire exactly in 90 days but no news yet. ALLAH PAK se hi umeed hai wohi sab karne walay hain aur IN SHA ALLAH wohi karenge sab jald aur kheriat se sab k liay AMEEN.

Medicals are valid for an year. Hence, 5 dec 2013.

My husbands case also went in process March 2013 but he got 2 calls from embassy and request to send imm forms ,supp forms and pcc, medicals were done in Dec 2012!

It'll be 28 months on 10/OCT/2013, since our file will be transferred to Islamabad.
I hope the case will get cleared by then lolz
with CIC we can never be sure about anything ::)


They might...
They might send a letter asking for re-pcc,
They might say they never received our re-med,
They might never send any letter to us until 10/OCT/2013(even after 28 months),
They might ask us for more proof for this marriage to be proved genuine lolz,
They might refuse the sponsorship,
They might increase the processing time for Pakistan Cases,
They might create any other NEW excuse..
Looking back Since I have applied 2years is a very longtime..
CIC needs to invent and gift a TIME MACHINE with every VISA.
Thanks to Airplane we can at least travel in TIME for a short duration.

I think most cases are being finalized by 28 months
cuz today marks 28 months straight since my file has been in CHC.
wen I applied it was 14-18 months, then changed to 18-24 months, then changed to 26 months and now 28 months, which is sad since it has been 28 months for my file still waiting for visa, they have my husband pp.

Its all good Allah swts plans are better then wat we want and wat others say.
I know its hard to accept i honestly lost ma mind wen someone told me that, but
Always have Faith and Trust in Allah swt.
and I am grateful that I have made it this far. Allah swt is Merciful and His plans are better for all of us.

May Allah swt reunite everyone with their spouses soon ameen and Shower His Blessings on All Muslims. AMEEN
