Today is October 24, 2012. Well, over 7 months since my file got transferred to Islamabad but nothing heard back or no AOR & Even i don't know where is my File In Islamabad Or Ottawa

have u emailed CHC to ask for ur file number n wat is goin on with ur case?
that would gave u a general idea of where ur case is standing

Looking at all the spouse cases (wife specially) - I have seen most cases processed in 16 to 17 months from the time the app was submitted.

buddy have u seen some cases either wife or husband get finalized n get visa within 8-12 months...
it all depends on ur luck i guess

You have to check E-case using your wife's file number and her information to get to know the actual status of application.

I do that as well...same status Application received & medicals have been received.
Yet GCMS indicate in process.

I submitted additional requested documents in July 2012 and also re-medical submission in the first week of July 2012. Should I wait or get caipsnote?

well i understand they are working on applications that got their re-med done in july.
you should contact your local MP in canada, and try to find out from chc about your application.

and the best idea is to pray for you application pray for my application and pray for all the forum members.

what are you worried about? they're satisfied with your relationship, WVR= Interview Waived. Your case should be done shortly.

I want to know whats taking so long to send PPR...they seem to touch the filer every 3 weeks review it, few notes ...but its not realy moving forward...
