just send a covering letter with your documents mentioning your name, file number, date of birth and on the envelope just wrte their address..If you are using tcs ask them to give u the express flyer for your documents

Hello , I am about send documents to CHC-ISL , I want to know should i write FILE # on top of the envelope or no ?

Good news from My side A letter recieved by security man on my Address, 99% sure it is ppr, because according chc mail they reply me a request letter sent on 12sep 2011, and it is recieved throug tcs woww pray for me

that's correct...he didn't recieve ppr in mail but a request to do re-pcc.

I emailed him and he forwarded my email to CHC and they immediately replied back. You should email him and tell him your story.

what is repcc????

pcc = police certificate
when they send a request for another police certificate, when the first one expires.. (or sometimes they request an updated pcc even when the first hasn't expired)
