Becz I didn't know about this. My husband's already coming around Eid and plans on staying till end sept. If, by any chance, I do get my visa stamped by his departure time, then obviously I'd prefer going back with him. So, what exactly do you mean by he must be in Canada while a Decision is Made on my appp??
mujhay kya pata decision kab liya jae ga??! Since we're waiting for the PPR & he's BEEN IN canada the whole time, I can only hope that it's SOON!!

No, if your husband is PR, he must be in Canada while a Decision is Made on your Application but you can Land together, it does not prevent you

Mine is showing "we have started your application in Oct 2010.Medical has been received".

that has happened!! If you email them explaining your situation that NO APPOINTMENTS are available before the said date, they'd surely accommodate you guys!
or an alternate could be to go elsewhere..another city.. ie: Lahore for instance, where we've almost 6 DMPs..or any other city close by which offers this facility.

Guys...I need help!

So my husband just rec'd his re-med request, later dated Aug 12, rec'd Aug 19th. Now, they say they give 30 days for medical to be booked and if it isn't than they assume that we want case to be dropped, this is what the letter says. Now, the only problem is that he is in karachi and for karachi there are 2 DMP tht were listed on the list provided, Rohina Sattar and Abdul Wakil. Rohina Sattar is going on away so she has no avail appointments for this month and Abdul Wakil the earliest possible aapointment we can get is September 26, even after we explained that this is a re medical and we are given a 30 day time frame....

The problem is that Sept. 26 is past Aug 19th and past the 30 day time line...do you think this will cause a problem with our case? I feel that they want everything mailed conducted within the 30 dyays and this is next to impossible in our case...because v r unable to get early dates...

Has this happened to anyone before...I don't know what to do...sort of in a panic mode...dont want themt o assumet hat we r no longer insterested (as it says in the letter they sent out)

What type of letter does Jaani99 received any body knows?

jaani99 got rejection letter because of some marriage complications, he's also going through divorce for some odd reason! We dont know how CHC got to know abt his marriage situation! The letter they sent earlier (according to eye witness accounts) was about marriage not genuine, im assuming (again its just an assumption) that the process couldve possibly contributed towards strained relationship!

MBA is considered post secondary so you must include that in your educations. Make four sections, 1 to 5(elementary), 6 to matriculation(sencondary), 2 yrs of college (Intermediate), and then 4 yrs of post secondary(MBA) + whatever other training or schooling you have had.

Just a little Correction
University/College = B.Comm
Post = MBA
Only in Pakistan the intermediate is done in college but thats actually HIGH School education. So you have to include that with matriculation.

Well am a Karachiet in Lahore I have already submitted PCC from Karachi and don't need to update that

I filled it out two weeks ago, and did it exactly as you've mentioned (which was the same as filling it out for the very first time). Basically, for personal history and education, one should make sure that there are no gaps left in the timeframe mentioned, and if there are any gaps then one should write what they were doing in that gap (unemployed, travelling etc).

Saggit, is your re-pcc made? Mine took 2 weeks! I just sent it, will let you know when they receive it/or when i receive another request (inshAllah soon!!!) Are you based in karachi?

I attached extra sheets too and wrote next to the box (extra sheet attached)
Intermediate/A Levels is equivilant to high school (as inter is grade 11 and 12 and a levels is grade 12 and 13)...
And then bachelors is undergrad, and masters is graduation

Yeah Im in Karachi, and jiss jagah se bunna tha uss area mein things were bad:s And somehow the officer in charge got posted somewhere else and what not...I've even posted the problem I've had with the pcc on this forum...go see that Lets just hope everything works out in the end...yours is a husband case right?

ONE 2 KA 4, no Interview yet? How many months has your case been in the Interview? I think about 6 months now?
I have been in the Interview Queue since I was told back in APRIL 2011, my husbands AOR is from APRIL 2010.
I was told by ISB CHC that we will get an Interview within 3 months from APRIL 2011 and ALL LIES as usual NOTHING.
I am going CRAZY! and so sick and tired of the games they play at ISB CHC.
