Dude I have been through this question last night while filling Schedule1/background form
Now I hope you are filling it as additional requested as I m.... in this case I suggest to fill it in same way/perception you did while at the time of application (First time) because if you fill it in a different way this time it may cause some delay in processing
now I tool it like

- Elementary/Primary School (1 to 8 class) (8 years)
- secondary/ High school (8 to 10 matric + intermediate) (4 years)
To my perception 10th is secondary Education and Intermediate is High School level in terms of international recognition. While college is where you start you grad & Post grad degree/diplomas - Just my perception
- College/university (Grad, Post Grad) (4 years) In total 16 yrs of education



again I suggest to Perceive and Fill it exactly the way you did the first time.

I filled it out two weeks ago, and did it exactly as you've mentioned (which was the same as filling it out for the very first time). Basically, for personal history and education, one should make sure that there are no gaps left in the timeframe mentioned, and if there are any gaps then one should write what they were doing in that gap (unemployed, travelling etc).

Saggit, is your re-pcc made? Mine took 2 weeks! I just sent it, will let you know when they receive it/or when i receive another request (inshAllah soon!!!) Are you based in karachi?

Yes man we call intermediate the College in Pakistan but I have observed it is considered as high school actually coz high school is what after which you start you grad or bech in North America right?

DO you agree with "to Perceive and Fill it exactly the way you did the first time" for MAB & others filling IMM forms ?

I attached extra sheets too and wrote next to the box (extra sheet attached)
Intermediate/A Levels is equivilant to high school (as inter is grade 11 and 12 and a levels is grade 12 and 13)...
And then bachelors is undergrad, and masters is graduation

Dont worry about it Trust me, CIC has dealt with all types of situations and all kinds of cases So they understand- and even though they act like jerks most of the time (read that as 'all the time'), Im sure they wont have a problem with it. Did you go to Abdul Wakil to take an appointment or did you take it over the phone? I suggest go personally, give your name/contact number and tell them that in case of ANY cancellation, they should please let you know as you received the medical late to begin with- And inshAllah it should work out fine. Even if your medical is on 26th sept, just write a cover letter stating that there was a delay in the mail delivery and then there was no available date for the medical and now you've gotten it done at the earliest availablity, and attach the receipt of the medical (keep a photocopy with yourself too). But before that, send them an email that you've received the medical request and the date you've been given is the 26th. Atleast it'll come to their notice and be in their records. Hope this helps

last time when i submitted forms i was in between my MBA therefore i'm confused this time where to mention MBA, because MBA is also called post graduation here. My MBA was of 2.5 years.
secondly, i am doing minor changes in this question only, rest are all same.

Thanks alot for the info...but i hav heard that they give only 15 days to send the passport back to them..

You are right, for passport request you have to comply within 15 days, remedical is 30 days and rePCC is 45 days.

They seem to be ignoring alot of emails lately, So who knows whats going on. Regarding address change request if you have sent them emails and fax so many times they should have it in your file. They don't always update the ecas.

i email the embassy at the beginning of the month askin bout my case
i got no reply n so i waited two weeks n last night i send them a letter n still
no reply. Usually i get a reply within an hour or the next day... wats happening here?

n also both sawera n i have email the embassy for our husbands change of address...
i personalli have send over 5 faxed letter signed n my husband has send one but on our
ecase the old address is still there.... n its almost our 9 months period n im guessin
they will start processing our case insha'allah.... but i want ma husband to get it in his
hand not get lost coz mail gets lost in karachi a lot.....

n another things on our ecase, wen i logg in wit my husbands infor wit immigration number
its says his name xxxxxxxxxx ------------ then application received ------------- n nothing after that

n wen i log in wit my client number n my infor its says
my husbands name--------------- Decision Made-----------Application Received


its this common or does the embassy like playing wit our heads?

today i emailed embassy for the 3rd time informing them about my matter, that i haven't received letter yet, but still no reply.
I'm Aug AOR but no updates yet, neither received forms request nor remedical, i don't know what is the matter and why are they delaying so much.

Wes bhai, I have lots and lots of questions for you.... But anyone who has answers to any of the following, please guide me! Thanks

1. My husband is wanting to get a car from USA, but on my name. We have heard that one can bring anything for the first time, dutyfree. Since the car would basically be a wedding gift, if we book it now and lets say, keep the delivery/collection date for november or december, what would the process be like? I just have an expired learners licence :-[ and would be getting a licence made right after Eid inshAllah- but is there a rule or anything saying that a person with a valid licence can purchase a car? How would the insurance etc work out?

2. As everyone knows, I received a re-pcc along with re-filling the Imm forms request on 4th Aug- Have sent everything and they'll receive it by tomorrow or by wed inshAllah. It took 15 days for the re-pcc to be made as the halaat in khi were pretty bad. Anyone who has made the re-pcc, they can tell that the format has changed for it completely! Which is why i'm having a little problem..My id and passport have my old residential address, on which the old pcc was made (as I never got my id and passport changed before applying for spouse sponsorship), and its the same for the new one now- however, the new one states that I lived in that house from 2003-2008- so technically, this new pcc isnt even valid anymore because i'm now living in another house! My mailing address sent to CIC for all documentation is of my parents place- whereas, the permanent address i've entered for all documents is for my inlaw's residence.
The problem is- even though they can see from my forms (all homes I have lived in since the age of 18) and id, passport that I have lived in that house, the new pcc states a 'lived from' and 'lived till' column- and thats only till 2008! Now Im living with my inlaws and keep visiting my parents (they live two lanes away- and this old house of mine was in the same lane as my inlaws)....
So would it create a problem? Would they want me to get a pcc again, which mentions my mailing address (parents) or permanent address (inlaws)? As none of these addresses are in the id or passport! Because if they do that, I'd have to get another id and then a new passport made with either my parents or my inlaws address-and then get a pcc....which will take centuries as getting an id or passport made these days is a big hassle!

Since the pcc took so long to arrive, I mailed it out and then saw that they had written the date till which I was living in that house...so im really confused now

They are ignoring any type of email recently. I have sent three emails sofar but no reply. That is another sign they are yanking panking in the office and looking forward to Eid holidays in advance and chating with each other about their eid plan. Forget the email reply, we all will get the response after Eid so better send email after eid.
