You are not required to provide proof of recent contacts as these documents are asked to see whether the marriage is genuine or is a marriage of convenience.

In your case you already have 3 kids so you should not worry to prove that your marriage is genuine.
I have seen a case get rejected where a couple was married for 10 years with 2 kids!

Rules have completely changed from what they were 2-3 years ago, I suggest you do follow the guidlines of new procedures, you might not need to provide as much proof as the newly weds but definately some family pictures, and money transfer receitps, phone call logs should should do it.

Were the family declared at the time Sponsor became Permanent Resident?

This was an outland application and the Sponsor was living in states with the family. When they tried to immigrate to Canada it was rejected and since it was through buffalo the apeal was filed and then I believe it was resolved. I can't remember too much details out since I read it when I first joined the forum. If I can recall it correctly I believe the sponsor was Canadian born and went to states to get married.

The main eligibility criteria in Spousal Cases is to see whether the marriage is genuine or not... So if your marriage is proved as genuine as in your case, then there are about zero chances of rejection keeping in view that they are already examined.

InshAllah it will be done very smoothly if you provide all the birth certificates with you as a father, along with other proofs...

As a Permanent Resident you MUST be in Canada at the time your spouse is issued a visa in Pakistan.

According to CIC website there are no restrictions about that anywhere see my previous reply below with link:

Well, I just checked the CIC website and there are no restrictions. It says: " you can leave and re-enter Canada while your application is being processed as long as you meet all requirements to enter Canada" see the link below. They only suggest to not leave Canada if you have applied INLAND meaning in Canada process through vegreville. Hope that clears out some confusion.
