I think since are files are already there we shouldnt have to re do them

You never know bro, its the Canadian Embassy they can do anything they want anytime. Last September when they introduced new laws and policies regarding how couples now have to prove that 'not only their marriage is real but their relationship is genuine and ongoing' this was applied to new and ongoing processess, so you never know. If the immigration minister from Canada tells all the embassys to send new forms request to everyone whose processes are ongoing, they will have to follow the orders. I hope it doesn't happen to people with on going processes though but just a headsup to all to be prepared for anything...

I specifically said in the email that my wife had done remedical in June and she hasn't heard anything back after that, so they replied that 'The file is in queue for review. Medical results have been received and are good until June 2012'

I don't have any updates, will e-mail CHC maybe tomorrow about updates.

I hate it when people ask me stupid questions about the sponsorship and then compare my situation with others who are going through similar, comparing doesn't make me feel better about my situation, everyone experiences their situation differently or who came came within 6 months from a few years ago. Ugh and I also hate it when couples who have been together for a while say, oh you two talk to each other so much, what do you talk about, how can you have so much to say. wth!? lol

I did twice as well there were no replies so I emailed on my wife's behalf from her email address as an applicant and they replied within an hour.

true wes brother the conservatives have there bias towards immigration i would have loved NDP or liberals to in charge bit i guess not
