CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2009 -2010

Depends yaar, alot of people got VISA within 12-13 months of processing. However, there are some like Kaamia, UOC, Saggit, and lot more including myself who are going through tough times...Allah is great and it will work out at the end for everyone..

wase brother i need little informaton i dont kow about my AOR.should i email them to ask about my FILE NUMBER?i still check my status via CLIENT IDD number.but there is no updates about my Medical etc..

what u sugest me?

Yep your file has been with Islamabad for 3+ months so send them an email to find out what the file number is so if you guys want to send updated contact history and/or proofs or case status enquiry you will need the file number and regarding medical results some agents update the ecas and some don't. My wife's ecase was updated in Mar 2010 and it just says 'We started processing your application on March xx, 2010" It has been the same since then without any change and no medical updates or anything.

Also when you send and email to get the file number make sure you include: First and Last names for both of you, DOBs for both, passport number for the applicant, and Client ID for sponsor. Also include both of your addresses just incase.

Assalam-o-Alaikum Brothers and Sisters,

Just to give you all a heads up, if you are planning to fill out Sponsorship application for your spouse, or have recently received request to resend IMM forms, print the updated forms(07/2011) or else you will get the old ones back and will be asked to refill the new ones.
Seems like they have updated all the forms in July 2011. I hope all of us in process don't have to refill them again

You can attend the appeal without a lawyer, you will be questioned by the Minister's council and the judge on many things and the Minister's council will want to prove the marriage is indeed not genuine and it is a very hard and emotional hearing. If you can provide the proof your marriage is genuine you need to convince the Judge in your favour. Experienced Immigration lawyers know how to defend and win an appeal hearing. But it is my opinion you should search a very successful lawyer or consultant and you can find which ones are best by talking to members who have won their appeals with their lawyers and who they used. Just need to stop your panic and take some seriousl research until your turn for appeal comes.

this is the second time this year they changed there forms
I think since are files are already there we shouldnt have to re do them
