Part of their protocol is to keep the results for 1 week in the hospital to make sure everything they did is correct, and as we have seen with a few people that they were called to get the x-rays done again because they weren't done right. They they courier it to new delhi which takes about 3-4 days. May be they didn't quite follow the protocol in your case :

nahe abhi tak nahe aya, i think its almost a week now, an wes bhai for shaw router i have to go to them n return it then only they'll cancell the service.

Yeah they have a policy like that, because if they cancel their services over the phone people do not return their routers, so thats why!

hahaha... no brother if they have the protocol to check all you mentioned above then they followed as well in my case... anyways main nai phone kiya tha to mujhy pata chala tha k meri reports after 4 days dehli bhej di gai then

Thank you bhai for the information. I'm planning on going to see my husband in September and I figured might as well go to Islamabad as well. I'm a citizen so I figured they wouldn't have issues in letting me in. Those idiots are there to serve canadian citizens but if they're just going to answer generic questions then there isn't much of a point. I guess I'm better off bugging them via e-mail.

Also, Congrats again to those whose spouses got their passports back.

They do let the canadian citizen come and/or give appointment but mentions very clearly that if the citizen has to talk anything personal i.e. what they will entertain, with regards to the wife case they will not answer any question and give some very formal kind of response like this is provided on email only bla bla, i cant help you sir, etc etc. When my husband was here this April, we did visit Isb but it was of no use. The only advantage it had was that God liked our determination and next day coincidentally I got my Remed

Inallilah. Words may not be able to lessen your grief. But brother dont think that you havent done much for your parents, this will enhance your grief and would increase the pain of other people in your family. None of the children whether near or old can do as much for parents as they deserve. However, your good deeds in this world and prayers for their maghfirat will provide them with a continous Jaza over there. That is why Parents ask God for blessing them with good children.
