Part of their protocol is to keep the results for 1 week in the hospital to make sure everything they did is correct, and as we have seen with a few people that they were called to get the x-rays done again because they weren't done right. They do let the canadian citizen come and/or give appointment but mentions very clearly that if the citizen has to talk anything personal i.e. what they will entertain, with regards to the wife case they will not answer any question and give some very formal kind of response like this is provided on email only bla bla, i cant help you sir, etc etc. When my husband was here this April, we did visit Isb but it was of no use.
