In life you will realize that there is a purpose for every person you meet..Some are there to test you, some will use you, some will teach you, and some will bring out the best in you,Some may cause you pain but you'll learn to move on...So let go off the people who can't treat you right and hold on to those who show and lead you to the true path and see your worth.Take care of those who care for you..

It varies bro, if remed and PPR comes together it takest atleast 2 months, because they need medical results before they can stamp VISA and currently it takes 6-8 weeks. First you have to get the medical appointment, then go for the medical, the hospital sends the results after a week, then it takes about 3-4 days to reach new delhi and then it takes them about a month to sort out their mail room and enter results into their internal system where CHC-Islamabad looks for it, and also depends on the Bring Forward Date of your file. Lets say they put it in the system already and your BFD is not for another 15 days then you know to add another 2 weeks. It just varies case to case...

A few people have tried to go in the embassy and they have said that they don't let you talk to any of the immigration officers. They will only answer general questions. I have also heared that if you are not a Canadian Permanent Resident or Citizen they won't let you inside the embassy unless you are going for an interview. Correct me people if I am wrong but I thought someone posted this info a while ago

Thank you bhai for the information. I'm planning on going to see my husband in September and I figured might as well go to Islamabad as well. I'm a citizen so I figured they wouldn't have issues in letting me in. Those idiots are there to serve canadian citizens but if they're just going to answer generic questions then there isn't much of a point. I guess I'm better off bugging them via e-mail.

Also, Congrats again to those whose spouses got their passports back.
