Bhai I understand PPR letters indicate 15 days and re-medical indicate 30 days. To me bringforward date is after 30 days from May 12 and that is the time when they will check your passport also. Because passport is useless for them untill they receive the medical results.

I suggest send your passport now and once your medical is done than send the receipt. Dont worry about the concern they have mentioned in the letter, surely they know and understand that medical date is not available rightaway and also mail delivery is also an issue.

To me they write this type of language to make us organize and do the act fast from our end but infect they dont know we are waiting din-raat from them to receive a letter to do such act right away.

Under the current backlog situation do you think they really have a time to open the file after 15 days for PPR check and than again after 30 days for re-medical. Your file will be open after 30 days upon receiving the medical result and that is when they need passport. This is what I feel.

I want to know what documents need to be notarized, example do the school certificates, diplomas need notarization? Alos the medical is done but what does my wife need to send to me? Copy 2 of the IMM form the DMP gives? that's it?

Bhai you dont need to notarized any document except NIKAH NAMA & ID cards OR any other document which is mentioned in the application checklist and such document is not in English/French than translate it and have it notarized.

School certificates, dimplomas are not required for Spousal sponsership unless otherwise requested at later date. My spouse is graduated neither I have submitted any education document nor did they ask. But in your application do write about her educations/school/years
Copy 2 of IMM form from DMP please attach it. Hope above help

i dont have any oppointment slip, they book oppintments through call. and payment slip would be given to me on the same date of oppointment.. and in PPR letter they also mentioned that "submit your passport after completing your new medical."

Don't worry about the concerned they have mentioned. They can't just close your file because you didn't submite your passport in 15 days. They are well aware that there is always delays in mail delivery and also the embassy's mail room is super piled up that its currently taking them 2months to sort out all the packages they have. Don't worry and finigh your medical appointment that is on the 1st and then submit everything together. However, if you just want to have that peace of mind then you can submit your passport with a cover letter explaining in details about the delay in medical appointment. As far as I know, it won't make any difference whether you submit the passport now or with your medical receipt Good Luck!
