I know brother, from late 2009 AORs - those cases are now close by with all of us but these couples with kids like 2-5 years old; thats just cruel of CHC-I.

Secondly once you get to Canada, make sure you file a complain against him so he can't blackmail other innocent people. Keep all the correspondence you have had with him so far and off course the agreement between him and you.

Well brother, I remember you raising that question a little while ago in this forum(or someone) I didn't respond to that because people were giving a lot of good advise. But if you ask me, I would cancel the representation with CHC-I rightaway in a simple letter and a form you can find in their website. I honestly don't think it will impact your case in any negative way, it will be a little longer because CHC-I will have to resend you all the last mails they sent to your lawyer. Lawyer try to scare people like us, who don't know much law and who can't even complaint because they live in Pakistan. Believe me, if I were you, I would've cancelled him rightaway. Lawyer can't do anything as soon as CHC-I gets the letter and form from you that you cancelled his representation. Lawyer can't complain to CHC-I that you didn't pay his fees, they have no right to do anything after you cancel their services.

thx bro, mujay tasaly krna thy . yehy kuch kia hai mai nay us blake mailer k sath.us nay bohat din tang kia tha mujay or akhir mujay last step lena pra .ab mai direct hu chc -i k sath. acha embasy ko to dend kr dy thy cancelation . kia mississauga mai immigration office ko inform krna bhy zrury hai ..? anyway, mai wha bhy fax bej chuka hu. orr alhamdulilah embasy nay accept bhy kr lia hai or mujay wo leter jald mil jay ga allah mia nay chaha to. thx for replyig bhai.

I don't think ke CPC-M ko inform karne ki zaroorat hai but you have already done so its ok its just an extra step on your side for your peace of mind...DOn't worry your process will soon be over InshAllah and then Allah ne chaha tu ham sab ka bhi jaldi hujayega...

I think 1st 3 month is 10% than only 1% after. With this $7 CR once my wife arrive I will buy Ice cream for you.

Haha I am glad you are enjoying my crazy long distance calling thesedays I am calling my husband instead of him calling me, ap ne acha kia simplecall ka bata dia warna i would be paying $150/month lol. Update is that re-med results are received and file is in queue for review. Ab dehko queue main kitna time lagta hain or phir review honay k baad kitna time lagate hain. I hope it all goes fast, I want PPR now so my husband can come and u can feed us ice cream for all the money we are saving u
