No buddy there is some mistake either in the info you are typing or the info they have in record, dont stress yourself your case even havn't started yet in ISB it will take at least 2 more months.

I know waiting is so hard but be very patient,,it is only a test. we should be thankful tat Allah has given us health life and good living. My hubby cousin who was a 20 y girl died in car accident... we lost her and we still dont believe tat she isnt in btw us.

dear first you click on first bar and select "client id number"
then give the client id

Surname/Family Name: here must be your wife last name "not the first"


Date of Birth: give her date of birth

Place of Birth: give her place of birth as shown on her passport

then let us know is that works or not
