mareea said:is there anyone in forum who received supplementary forms to fill out and send those back to embassy?? If yes, in the form number imm0008egen, they have asked about all the family members of an applicant whether they ll be accompanying the applicant to Canada or not. So does that part of the form needs to be filled out? Moreover, it also ask for a passport size pic of every member of the family. So does one has to provide them with it or just put a cut stating NOT APPLICABLE !
