sister i think you never mentioned about PCC thing on this forum...but still i am very sorry for my wrong pashangowi ...ma khud bhi pareshan hon at your refusal...i lived in dubai for 2 years (came back last year) and they also do not issue PCC to people not residing there (former/canceled visa) ...pairi honi ha mere saath bhi

I was thinking that if u get request to refill the forms then it means your case is most probably cleared but i was wrong

in most cases it looks like that but there are still people from last year they were asked for re-pcc and are still waiting for the next update...i think it all depends on the case

i just spoke to my lawyer .. and he asked me to see him ..
he explained that a lot of people called him today for this reason .. and he told me .. that we will appeal right away as we only get 30 days to appeal
once applealed in 120 days the file from isl will be tranferred back to toronto and then we will go to independent judge and will explain him this situation and then he will make a decision on this file .. thought id give you guys a headsup

yeh kiya musibat hain my Allah ham sub ko safe kary bhut tension ho rahe hai heen sab ko pahr kar meri kiya hogi may khud Afghani hon and my husband is from Pakistan abe hamay refuse na kar day ke why you guys got married from different calture and country .

khan there's another member psionater, her hubby received this objection letter....
she had telephonic nikkah...i think that's why they're in doubt

what it's becoming some trend to refuse because of not having PCC? Either saudi needs to change their rules or embassy needs to fix themselves...we will pray for you and keep us updated about what will happen..inshAllah sab theek ho ga

Jahil hain .. jan18th email from emabassy wrote that background checks are complete on this application .. ab in ko yaad aya oh ye file to refuse kerni chahiye kion k pcc nahi hai ..

hi mariya i m sorry i m very sad to hear about ii can understand k kya guzarti hai aj say bilkul 3 saal pehle mere sath bhi aesa hi hua tha refuse kardiya tha unho nay but aik bat hai aap ko saudia ka pcc chahye hoga laazmi in appeal main bhi so try to make it fast before apply appeal ALLAH AAP ki help karey hum sab ki duaen ap k sath hain

oh i just checked all the previous posts Marya rejected so sorry to hear about it.
Now i am worried I have spend 4 months in Saudia and i have not provided any PCC as it says only if u live there for longer then six months :-\
