yeh kiya musibat hain my Allah ham sub ko safe kary bhut tension ho rahe hai heen sab ko pahr kar meri kiya hogi may khud Afghani hon and my husband is from Pakistan abe hamay refuse na kar day ke why you guys got married from different calture and country .

absolutely no need to worry since they know very well about afghanis ties to pakistan...also if you both belong to the same background (lets say both Pashtuns) it's gana be all OK

hi mariya i m sorry i m very sad to hear about ii can understand k kya guzarti hai aj say bilkul 3 saal pehle mere sath bhi aesa hi hua tha refuse kardiya tha unho nay but aik bat hai aap ko saudia ka pcc chahye hoga laazmi in appeal main bhi so try to make it fast before apply appeal ALLAH AAP ki help karey hum sab ki duaen ap k sath hain

Dear friends, You may be surprised why CHC-ISB is sending all these rejection letters. To my understanding they are getting rid of their backlog by refusing the files, this way they will be Statistically Better Off since their stats will say X number of final decisions made in this time so we hit our target because appeal goes to a senior level officer and this is how junior level officer gets rid of his/her workload

yeh kia bakwas hain...soooo sad to hear. I guess we should have known to them we are just a name on a file..who cares that they are destroying perfectly fine marriages right?

lol my wife made me to come and check this forum she is so tense brother i am Pashtun from KPK Pakistan and she is persion speaking from Afghanistan i dont think its a big deal ,but what can i say may God help all of us just beleive on Allah and our luck and go ahead still she says they will refuse us cause we are from different country lol

for Pakistan i don't think they will make a big deal because there are so many afghanis in Pakistan and vice versa the ties are so close and the culture is not much different i'm sure inshAllah it will be ok keep doing dua to Allah

i appealed in starting of 2009 after some months we got the hearing date in nov 2009 we eon appeal the judge talked to me on confirence call they ask me some questiona bout my spouse and abt our relation i passed the appeal judge said to my wife now ur husbnad with u in 6 to 9 months but now its 2011 april im still waiting please do ur rukhsati as soon as possible after refusing my case my wife came in the very next month we did our rukhsati mehndi mayun valima every thing we always keep camera with us and then we provide all proofs to appeal board

my wife contacted with mp and sent email them mp said to her the background checking u have to wait till sep 2010 my case was not straight forward just bc of only nikha on phone

I agree it should be first priority. I've been concerned about it my situation too. I'm scared they'd say my marriage isn't genuine. How about they pay making us do a grand ruksati and have them attend then they can be sure that the wedding is real. Even better they should buy a hall and for all those people getting married and going abroad should rent the hall from them and they can provide all the photography service to be 100% sure that the wedding happened.
