i too agree with don2....liar (lawyer) is a rip off be careful they take advantage of ppl who r vulnerable.

yeah true..they did with us like there was 15 days written in box and they cut it and wrote 10 days with pen

he was kidding but basically pakistani post hai he asye..i still remeber ki humra saudia se visa letter ata tha ya check,,or band letter me se he post me ko pata hota tha ki whts in side or wo humyesa methi ya kharchi ki leye tyar rahta tha

INSALLAH... don't worry now they have to finish the 2010 cases cuz new law also has to be implement soon

they have to finish application submitted until October 2011 ....then they are applying new law on next applications and they will finish them soon rather then not late like us....

INSALLAH... don't worry now they have to finish the 2010 cases cuz new law also has to be implement soon

they have to finish application submited until october 2011 ....then they will apply new law on next applications

that application are submitted after octuber 2011 they have to live with there spouses for 2 years until that time they will get temporarily PR card ..ALLAH na kary ka agar woh alda hoye to sponsor uss ko deport karwa sakta ha...or us ka PR be cancel ho jaye ga but if the wife and husband got child birth in that 2 years then temporarily PR card will change in to permanent and if the temporarily PR card holder got abuse or assaulted by sponsor then his or her PR will not cancel and now they will give first 2 year for temporarily PR then 3 year for PR then you can apply for passport

or han iss sy positive sign yah ha ka ab ap ko zayada wait nai karna pary ga apny husband and wife sy door rahny ka kyun ka pahly woh yah kam pakistan main iss waja sy karty han ka 2 years ka undar kaby be woh visa cencel karwa sakta ya sakty ha but yah time ab ap par whan ja kar chaly ga ...lakin zayada applications ki waja sy CHC ko bohat time lag raha ha new law ko start karny main thats why they called VO from other embassy

Sis can u please tell me what the lawyer saw in GCMS notes and said that ur file is misplaced ??

Congrats to those who have received PPR's, passports returned and other progress on their files.

I am wondering if anyone who submitted passport for visa that was not classified as urgent received passport back? My wife is still waiting and we sent one month ago.
