I have another situation now.
I was hoping that my wife gets her visa before November because she is pregnant (by GRACE OF ALLAH we are expecting our first kid soon), but the ppr just came in now, and visa will take some time and then they will ask to travel before medical expires... I really want her to be here but I dont want to take the risk of flying while she is pregnant....I have already advised chc about the pregnancy but not sure if they will issue the visa in 2 days (I wish). ......anyways, does chc extend the visa or how does this work? will i have to re-apply for visa? or the whole sponsorship has to be restarted if she cannot travel in this situation?

any help/feedback will be appreciated.

Congrats... Don't worry within 10 to 12 days she will get her passport back ..... She have enough tym .... But it's better if she travel before her 7 month start.

HELLO, any1 would like to share his recent exp of immigration procedure at airport ? regarding questions and most importantly which documents are required at airport or CORP & PP are the only requirments ?

what about the PR Card Application (IMM 5444E) ? Do I have to carry it and pay the fee online before landing. ?

bhai congrats n yes she can travel till 7/8month along. Ask a doctor but im pretty sure she can travel as long as she doesnt carry anything heavy.

I think she will get a visa soon.. As sawera said it is better to get here in sixth month, as by the time of delivery she will be covered by health services..

I think it will be fine then they know she is this far along so they will speed it up for sure In Sha Allah. I will keep her in my prayers that they speed it up. Also you or her should speak with the doctor as they can advise her more clearly. Like if she has had a easy pregnancy then I\m sure it will be fine. May Allah bless you both and let her have the delivery in Canada. I hope and pray so much for this to happen for you both May Allah bless you's and keep her healty and well. In Shaa Allah

CHC ko tou na hee batatay to acha tha...inka pata nahi hai kuuch k birth ka wait karnay ko na kehden, otherwise koi prob nahi honi chahiye regarding visa. Her medical kab expiring? Isse pehle ajaye visa to sakoon ka sans lo lekin agar tb tak na aya and medical expire hogaya to phir trouble would be around (kiun k X ray during pregnancy avoid karna chahiye and iske baad time kitna lagay kuuch pata nahi), suuna hai pregnancy ka batado to ye relax hojatay hain and birth ka wait karnay ko kehtay hain (really I know ek ka experience, uunhe interview mai mna kia tha vo ne sometime back). And han doosri baat ye k doctors usually allow 34 week pregnancy travel, but airlines dont...(iska solution ye hota hai k airport pe koi pooche kitni pregnancy hai to km se km time batao e.g 1 to 2 mnths less). Gather more info abt it.
Itni kahani ka matlab darana nahi hai ap ko bs ye k apki knowledge mai ho related things. Else I heartily wish k your baby Canada mai khair se born ho, and you partners may enjoy the great moment. best luck.
