I think they sent u a letter in September 2012 ... u did not receive it ........ they thought ur not interested and might have change status to decision made ........ that's one of the v strong possibility ..... contact MP .......

But my lawyer ordered caips notes last month in nov and they did not mention sending a re medical letter to us in 2012 do i still need to go to MP?
