Hey! You never ordered GCMS? It's better if you do, and ask them to send those in urgently, because that's the best way to know that what put you in the interview queue, and you get to prepare well.

i knw i shud have done tht but his interview is this month and t takes them 35 days to send it everything is in Allah swt hands i can only make dua for him inshallah

Not sure if an immigration laywer can request GCMS notes before the interview, but that may be something to look into.

Just an update on our file (CanPak & Sweetgrl896)

Our Conservative MP's office pulled through for once. New lady in her office has been working around the clock for us, much more effecient than the previous lady working our file.

Through our MP a request was made to New Delhi at the end of October to locate medical, coincidently I received CAIPS today which outlined the MP's inquiries. Also her medical validity date on the CAIPS now displays August 2013 and the BFD for WVR is November 6, 2012, where previously the medical validity date as expired.

InshAllah she will receive PPR soon and Interview cancelation confirmed.

mp inquire about my medical from chc-isb and they respond that they have send e-mail to new-dehli to get my medical...
i dont know weather they get it or not. when my hubby order caips one month ago it was showing my old medical validity date.. we order caip again and recieved yesterday which shows new medical validity date as 28-8-2013
what does it mean???? they got my medical or not??????cux report showing new medical validity date.

and its also written on report that my new file review date is 6 november..
kindly give me ur suggetions.

Not sure if an immigration laywer can request GCMS notes before the interview, but that may be something to look into.

There's no need for a lawyer. One can simply request GCMS on urgent basis and write down the reason for the urgency in a cover letter. They may or may not comply. In any case, there's no harm trying.

Under what heading is written the BFD for wvr, if you don't mind me asking? on my gcms notes, the BFD mentioned after my file was grouped to wvr was in July, but my file was never reviewed on that day. In fact, my file hadn't been reviewed since June.

Yes your medical's are updated for sure. And InsaALLAH on 6th they will issue you PPR. I also got Remed + PPR from them dated 7th August and still waiting for its return so I hope its a great newzz for us. InsaALLAH wait is near to end Ameeen.

At the end of CAIPS in medical directory section there will be update on your third medical too.

lonley my file was in wvr since august and my first officer review date was 20th august but due to no medical update they had not done any review now they write in caips the bfd is 6th nov but no heading is mention.
i think its in decision making officer review cux our mp make inquiry in october and told us that my file is in dmo review..... i wish it will over soon and i got my ppr ameen

they did not ask any question from my hubby, only asked for landing paper...lol
