it has been 3months since my hubby sent his passport & medical
he hasnt heared anything back from embassy.the ecas
has not changed.anyone knows how long it takes them
to send back passport.they dnt reply to email either.
anyone else in same situation?

Hi Folks, I am back with some info: 8)

I have submitted the documents for my son for Citizenship to Islamabad.

They are asking for proof of travel, however my wife has not got the PR and visa yet.

She has done the medical (after delivery) on 30 Oct and has sent the passport to embassy.

I hope she will get it withing this month.

Now should I make some travel arrangements for them and send Islamabad the information on travel or just inform them that I will arrange as soon as my wife gets her PR?

Please advise.

Book a ticket with any travel agent for end of November and send it to CHC-Islamabad as your Booking. I think you have to book a ticket for your child as well and pay 25% or something even if the child sits in the parent's lap or something. Your booking will not be valid after 72 hours and it would require you to purchase a ticket with 72 hours of booking. But don't purchase the ticket till your wife has the Visa in her hands. Its hard to predict if CHC-Islamabad will give the Visa before the travel date and then it gets very depressing if the Visa doesn't arrive well before the travel date.

with every passing day its getting harder and harder to wait.
i have full trust on ALLAH SWT that he plans good for me but what i do with my heart its not listening any argument.
i know i will got my ppr soon and my medical will b updated soon INSHALLAH. but still im feeling so insecure......
