Most if us r waiting for remed n ppr, n we have our hopes up n makin lota if duaa.
Lol the pl in the 2011/2012 forum r havin a heart attack becuz chc has taken more then two weeks to return their passport bak wit visa. Lmao

We have been waiting longer n they r in the last stage to get visa n still crying over last that chc is takin long.

What a world we live in, the ones that get still complain tht its not good enough n the ones tht r patient gettin nothin but a simple wait longer comment.

Helo every one good news for u all i have raised this issue to tehreek e insaf canada wing and good news is we r going. To make a pannel who will meet minister kenney we will discuse the issues and will offer the salution . For example helping conducting background check in pakista. So it willnot take more than 3 months for bakground check. This security agencey will charge extra money should add in application cost. We want to bring processing time to 6 months in pk as they are doing in india. If u have any saloutions seggestions please .long live pti long live pakistan

One day is remaining and than embassy will b closed for 4 days.. No news yet. I dont know y yhey r taking too long. We r in pain cuz our spouse r not with us but for chc it doesnt matter.

Sweetgrl...koi faida nai khid ko mat itna tension do..meri mano tou jitna time b hai parents k ghar khushi khushi guzaro..in sha Allah visa tou lag he jana hai..magr yeh din wapas nai ayengy
So enjoy karo is time ko..qk ueh din bht yaad ayengy..jitna time b hansi khushi guzar sakti ho apno k pas guzaro.....baad mai phir aisa time milna b nai...
Theek...sooo chill yar....n enjoy eid...2 din hain is mai khoob ibadat karo

thank you mehwigul. My bohat try krti hn yar. But pata nhi kun ab wait nhi hota. Chc isb ny hmy kahen ka nhi chora. Bs ALLAH PAK sy yehi dua hy mjhy mery husband sy mila dyn jaldi. Haj ka mubarak din hy kal is din ky sadqy my hi meri duaen qabool ho jayn ameen..

Hi,

You can't cancel the sponsorship once the person lands in Canada. To make it worse, you are in a contract with the Government to take care of the sponsored person financially for 3 years from the date of landing. If the person goes on welfare, you are liable to pay that money to the Government. If you don't pay, they can get in touch with your workplace and deduct monthly off your pay etc etc. When you signed that sponsorship agreement, you were signing a contract to take care of the applicant financially for 3 years.

Agar sponsor Canadian citizen ho tau baby by birth Canadian born in foreign country hoga. Aur uskay paper work main ziada time nahi lagta.

Lekin agar sponsor Permanent resident ho, tau phir baby ko application per add kerwana perta hai, aur us main 6-10 months extra bhi lag saktay hain.
