i know that very well may b more then u ...........u r suppose to b in this forum u r not bad or anything nobody can judge ...........but what i wanna say is that dont screw up ur wife life .............keep urself in her place N think what will gona happen when ull gona leave her..........womens r more sensitive then men..........everbody will gona blame her not u .............even if she marry another guy will she b happy N if she will not so how u gona feel that tym because of u all that happen.

I sponsered my husband in march of 2010-present and i still did not get anynews from them about hs visa he recieved a letter in may 2010 they wanted more documents such as pictures phone bills and western union recipts he sent all the addional documents but after that we did not hear anythng from them since that day we have been waiting for there reply its been 31 months we have 2 kids now i asked my lawyer of we should add the kids information and she said u dont have to add their information as they are canadian citizens i just dont know what to do im a single mmom wid 2 kids its soo hard plz sum1 give help me of wht i should do i will be really thankful

How long does the security screening takes and whats it all about? Is it related with money fraud (credit check) or what?

FOSS was their old computer system so I assume they check for your involvements before with CIC, SELDEC stands for selection decision...so your file is proceeding...I'm amazed that's all they've said..my notes for relationship are about half a page.

Security for applicant includes checks with RCMP, CSIS, other police or intelligence agencies etc. basically if you are involved with crime or terrorism. No credit check I assume cause I don't think Pakistan really has that established and if your sponsor, that has nothing to do with it, your residency is already established so they don't do such checks on you.

anyone know who to contact regarding spouse cases, coz ma MP John Mckay is not doing anything jus sending an email n saying its in progress n 22 months n same answer always

i want to talk with someone in high authority that will help ma case n others as well...
im not goin to sit here anymore to wait n i have done that for the last 22 months n nothing has been done...

no first expired , 2nd expired on 15 august now third along with ppr, mine was not interview case but dnt know y they delayed i applied in march 2010

hey i applyed my husband in march 2010 as well its such a long wait getting depressed they havent asked for anything no medical no nothing just waiting dnt knw wht to do

I really think there should be some kind of law that can investigate for us to find out what is going on cause from what I see this is unbelieveable don't you think. At the first when we applied it said 18 months then 21 months now up to 26months and it will be a year Sept/12 we sent our application and a year they have it in Islamabad Oct 21/12.
And its especially fustrating when you see others who have had their cases processed from 2011. No disrespect guys/ladies but I'm quite sure you would feel the same if you seen 2012 processed before you.
Tell me people how many of us are still waiting from 2010

I am also waiting and I know there is not any specific time line. The best way is to protest in front of parliment hill. If 2 to 3 affected people who live close to ottawa go together and protest in front of parliment hill. I am sure they will do some thing. I am very far from there . Now I am planning to move to toronto. and Then I will be close to ottawa and I can protest other wise nothing will happened. It may take more years. as i personally know one person . His case took 7 years to process. thanks
