I m ALhamdullilah reached canada/toronto on oct 1st and its a Beautiful place..But its really cold here ....Everything was smooth at canadian airport ...Nothing was asked by customs .
I hope all ppl who r waiting will get to c this day very soon u all r in my prayers .u all wid be ur spouse really soon .

History FN:First marriage for FN marriage details: Marriage certificate is on file, marriage certificate is not attested by Ministry, sponsor was present at wedding. Marriage has not yet.Final reception is planned to be held in Canada.
Pictures:wedding and post pitures are not sufficient for the this relationship. Proof of contact,financial support and text message record and calling cards are provided as proof of contact.Documentary proof is not sufficient to establish relationship.


what is your interpenetration of this note.
its mean that they will refuse the application or already refused it because i don't have anything else to provide them...

Waoh thats what u want N now u got it .........is nothing to do about age .........dont blame CiC ........first of all y havent u attested the marriage certificate ...........dont give ur dam excuse that u dont have anything to provide them ...........still u can attest an send another one with ur wedding pics.........an dont u call ur wife at all that u can proof them.

BTW I am not that old 29 years old and she is 17....... I am not a good guy and don't want to destroy her life by pretending that I love her.... my life is very busy here and don't have much time to share with anyone else... ..... which kind of parents can give her 16 years old daughter to some like me 29 years.... she is a kid and it's her time to get proper education and enjoy her life, not to start partnership life..... I did get upset on my parent,but now I don't know how to tell her parent that she will come here, but she will not be my wife..... I will financially support her to complete her education here and after 3 or 4 years she become mature and can find a suitable partner........ so that what i am facing and trying my best to not be selfish....

You have issues with your marriage documentation as you didn't get your marriage certificate from the ministry of foreign affairs? Also, it shows that your communication with your wife didn't show any kind of relationship. They didn't see enough evidence from you to show that she is your wife or viceversa. I understand that your communication might lack emotional material due to your age difference. Also, reception isn't done from your side. They are not convinced that marriage consumption is done. Also, calling cards are never a convincing proof to them. How would they know that you made those calls to your wife?

It doesn't mean that its going to be rejected. They will/have put your file in the interview queue. If you really want your wife to join you in Canada, then you need to send them proper documentation and more proof showing ongoing relationship. Also, Rukhsati and Reception will be considered a strong proof of marriage consumption.
