One of my wife's friend just got Passport back today with visa.

I guess they started on the cases. Hope to hear more good news from others.

soorry i dont understand...
my husband did his first medical on oct-november 2010 and i applied for sponsorship on May 18 2011... so what does tht mean?

i know medical expires in 1 year from the time done, so i know my husbands medical is expired but i still havent heard anything from chc.

I believe it starts from the day of medical. So now you are almost 18-19 months since last medical. As some members said that 15 months rule will not apply.

I hope CHC-Islamabad thinks it does apply and you get the benefit.

hpfully as its wife case then u might not be going through long wait after Medical Results hv been recived mine status shows exactly since last 6months but still no ppr.But wife case is dealt 2 be more quicker than H Good lUck !

If the file is in interview que as per MP... does it mean that there is going to be an interview for sure or it goes to officer to decide.

Please advise.

I just checked E-case and it now shows medical received

Looking forward for "Decision Made" and Visa with passport... InshaAllah very soon

Good news!! With the Grace of Allah (SWT), my wife has received her passport back with VISA. I'm traveling to Pakistan verrrry soon. Thanks for the help guys esp.(Danny, khalifah, raptorsfan, become-a-loaner) and everyone else who i forgot to mention.
InshAllah everyone will hear something good very soon.

If they review your file with your proof of rukhsati and honeymoon, and are satisfied that marriage consumption has taken place, then they can take your wife out of the interview queue and start processing her file.
