when they reply that "File is in que for decision making officer" which stage is that, final stage or do they have more steps after decision making officer?

They also said in the reply that CHC is strictly committed to follow first come first serve policy and we make sure to process files in the order they get to us. Can anyone believe this bull*censored word*????

I also received that answer (decision making officer), but it become 2 months still waiting. very sad :(

backgroung checkup from SCIS & RCMA ?

There are TWO KINDS of backgrounds conducted by the CHC-I
FIRST BACK GROUND CHECKS
They perform backgrounds on your presented file & supporting documents in it Either they are true or counterfeit (i.e. NikkahNama, Birth Certificate, Police Clearance Certificate, Yor Educational certificates in some cases) these background checks start right after they send you first AOR.

SECOND BACKGROUND (It is called Security Checks & Screening conducted by CSIS)
This is the last step before they forward file to the decision making officer .. This step completes within month (in straight forward cases) after CHC-I requests CSIS

Hope this info helps

its officially been 12 months since my application has been transferred to ISL
