They changed the CAIPS/GCMS request forms too. i think we don't need consent from spouse.

khushi g, acording to caips my case is crystal clear background checks are underway since first week of march , i have gone throuh medical in august 2011 , now lets see wat will happen ,


im planing to order caips again wats ur suggestion or first i shud send them email and wait for reply and then i shud plan whether to order caips or not?

Well Im not that expert that u r asking my suggestion but if u r asking then I would say to email them first and wait for their reply and if u don't find their reply satisfactory then u should go for caips/gcms whatever u want to go with!but sometimes they give detailed answer in email as well......as we hv seen previously in some cases..They told that they r going to send remed.,phep etc etc!

My wife's Re-Med + PPR was sent out in the 13th month...all b/c of duas

Another guy I know, it took 25 months for the whole process.

Some people here...it hasn't even been 12 months yet and CHC-I asked for their passport to stamp visa

I'm not leaving ma husband coz ma in laws are fu#cked up. They tried to break us but Allahmudillah Allah swt is wit my husband n I. Everything bout lovong other girl was ma in laws plan off breaking us up. But everyone makes mistakke n ma husbands mistake was listening to his family n jokin tooo much iboth of us have faith n trust in Allah swt and Allah swt is helpin us get through this coz our love for each other greater den people wit no life gettin involved. I have lots of ppl gettin involved in ma life but Allahamdulillah my husband n I are goin to be together forever with Allah swts help n trust.
