I would suggest that you gather up all of your communication proof, updated police clearance and any other updates of your marriage/case so then when your case does open up after gathering up dust in the storage this way everything on your file will be up to date and they just have to request whats needed.....so that way you can avoid the slow processing method of them requesting any documents thats needed....and somewhat speeding up your processing...well alot of ppl on the forum send in documents volunterly and somewhat did come to a postive effect.... because no matter what for husband cases they are doing the background check twice and for wife cases they do the background check once...by the way what is your case husband sponsered you or wife sponsered you....?

i know... waiting for passport request for my hubby also its been about 4 weeks since my hubby submitted his re-medical, some imm forms, and arc fee and so finalizing the case is passport request and im assumeing it would be the next quarter other wise it would have already been requested...

I'm not leaving ma husband coz ma in laws are fu#cked up. They tried to break us but Allahmudillah Allah swt is wit my husband n I. Everything bout lovong other girl was ma in laws plan off breaking us up. But everyone makes mistakke n ma husbands mistake was listening to his family n jokin tooo much iboth of us have faith n trust in Allah swt and Allah swt is helpin us get through this coz our love for each other greater den people wit no life gettin involved. I have lots of ppl gettin involved in ma life but Allahamdulillah my husband n I are goin to be together forever with Allah swts help n trust. Thank u guys for ur help n I'm gald everything worked out. I am crazy about ma husband and I'm greatful for Allahswt always helping us get thrugh tests that we r put through.
