Good news to share. My estatus is changed to decision made. I hope I will get my passport back in one or two days. Thank God.

The case was Nikkah turned to rukhsati after objection letter...regardless...the process could have been done in 19 months but something got messed up on the end of CHC-I and PPR tcs was never received in the 19th month...the medicals then expired...another one had to be done and then another PPR letter was issued...

He also delayed the rukhsati a few months b/c he was busy and could not go to Pakistan. Similar to the case of a member named "ONE2KA4" and pending case of a member named "s design".

The PPR letter not being sent out even tho it was at the embassy, this just delayed everything for no reason. Similar to what is happening in Danny's case. Danny has already waited 2 months now and its CHC-I's fault. I pray for Danny, this is nainsaafi.

These are the reasons why 16-17 months process took 25 months.

congratz khilafah n otherz for changing ecase to " in process" pray kare k jaldi request aye coz yaha pe kafi sare hai jin k ecase change hogya hai but abhi tak koi request nhi aye ..

Why don't you camp out outside pearson until your wife lands. Sleep in a tent at arrivals terminal. Come on man, hold your horses.

LOL I think all spouses(IN canada)should do that including u..May be that would make some kind of impact on this damn immigration process!(camping out side pearson)..
