I just got back from my mp he has told me, that they have changed the processing times to 18 months he also said that they transfered some of the files to the Uk so they can process the files faster ..... Inshallah soon I hope all of us thats been waitng will hear some good news soon!!!

If any one agree with me please try to contact humman rights organization. These peoples only listen and pay attention to human rights organization. I think we should contact these organization. then they will bring this issue to media or some where else.

yaar these MP's are useless..... they give us lolly pop whenever we go to them,..... They don't even know themselve WTF is going on..

The file transfer to UK is the ALL TIME BEST EXCUSE for them.... those are skilled worker cases.... and has nothing to do with spousal class..

I think we should contact some human rights organization....

Wsalam sister ... Thanks for your encouragement. Right now we need people from Toronto and GTA who want to raise their voice against this injustice.

I am in New Brunswick but I will take off from my Job and will fly to Toronto for this Dharna but we should do some homework such as

1) We should make a list of suffering people.
2) Locate some contact in Media.I know a guy who is running Pakistan times news paper,I will check with him if he know any concerned person.
3) Write down a letter with everybody signatures
4) Places where we should go to raise our voice
5) etc etc.....Add you suggestion

I wouldn't trust him as he is good friends with Jason Kenney. They transferred the skill labour files to London for processing in 2010. Since then the timeline has increased not decreased.

well if i give a second thought .... they will find an easy excuse by showing example of Abu Dhabi, Singapore , Chile , Kenya and senegal offices.

@ Danny bro - Another suggestion: create a template with objective and action plan(like how what where and when) and all memebers involevd in this idea post on this forum every now an then to make everyone notice it as to have maximum number of people. Email ID idea(or any other) would work to gather everyone on some platform in organzied manner.
