did u get my message.....

well he didnt get rejected just wanted to let him know where he stands and as the interviewer mentioned to him that they werent even allowed to look at the case coz of his warrant of arrest....so she said as this problems is resolved then they can do something....so just stuck....she was nice enough to give my husband the certif of depature as he did fill it out when he left canada.....so that is a good start...so now i know how slow they correspond so it will take a long time...so just need to get someone to process the thing that with proof he left the country within time frame and so the warrant of arrest doesnt apply to him....so they need to withdraw that issue of warrant...then he is good to go...i just hope tht just for this thing it doesnt not take a million yrs....

Thanx very much-please remeber me in ur prayers aslo i ma still stuck with CHC-ISB.

Congrats! You are one step closer! InshAllah, your husband will receive his remedical soon and I have a feeling that PPR would also come along, because they should now be done with his process and background checks they have everything they need to finalize the case. Did they keep his passport or gave it back to him?

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/chc-islamabad-spouse-sponsorship-timeline-2009-2010-t28775.42615.html

but i also know that he has his certificate of departure issued by the interviewer and so the only problem he has is the warrant of arrest in his name which was issued wrongly coz he left canada in the timeframe told....so....chc cannot do anything until this is resolved....

HELP...

i think 2 things can b done which is withdrawal of the arrest warrant or getting a pardon...?

Glad to have you back man. Nothing really, things have been a quite slow but a few members had their cases move forward. A couple of interviews (resham and BloomingFlower) and a couple of other 2010 cases saw some action.

Sorry to hear about the interview and the whole situation sis, hopefully you can get it sorted out soon. Talk to your MP, seems like he is willing to help so ask him and see what can be done to get everything you need. I don't think it should take more than a year so don't worry do your thing and hope for the best and InshAllah it will all go your way at the end...
