My wife received the medical declaration form too when she got her re-medical, so nothing to worry about it, everyone has to sign this declaration form.

I didn't get any form along with my re-medical form. Its just one form which is filled by doctor. Do you know any link where I can get any form from internet.

yes some other sponsored spouses who have medical degree from Pak have received similar forms (not all of them) there is nothing to worry about it ...... check your inbox on the top right hand side of the forum page

Actual problem i received email from CHC and didn't get any form. Do you know link from where I can get that. I am going to check inbox.

I don't know about Banjara, but there are a few people from November2010 AOR, one from Jan2011, Feb2011, and March2011 AOR who have seen activities in their files so seems like they have started the process for late 2010, and early 2011 applications strictly based on the information provided on this forum. So lets hope all the 2010 cases are cleared before the end of this year InshAllah...

for sure banjara is Nov Aor his file got transfered on 21 oct N it takes 10 to 15 days when cic isb receive so he is Nov Aor for sure........when my hubby file got transfered it took 15 days when cic isb received lol.

Yes they did a few from November 2010 AOR did receive some requests as I mentioned in my above post but I haven't seen any December yet!
