Yes Oct 15. Decision made on ecas today. Issue date Oct 31

asalamulikum......congrats a lot....and apki wife ka bhee ppr 15 oct ko he aya tha na????aur on ecase add in decishn made ho gaya kya???aur visa kis date ko issue hwa tha????

my wife recevd ppr on oct 3 and sent it the same day. she got it back on oct 13. i was visiting pakistan cuz of a family emergency, so when the visa came we arranged her flight with me on oct 26 to calgary. our immigration was done in toronto cuz of the connection. it took 5 mns.
as u can read my lst message it took us 17 months for whole process and 15 months in islamabad.
rest is fine she already is feeling a bit cold in calgary.(its only 0 degrees mostly)hehe

Thank you everyone for your wishes. I pray this good news comes to everyone very soon InshAllah! Especially for the ones who have been waiting a long time - Resham, Saggit, Bloomingflower, Alpha1980, bestplace, lonlywidouthubby, and all others I may have forgotten.

You all must know by now how to handle yourself during this process. My only couple of advices are keep yourself busy and your mind occupied. And always be supportive to your spouse and do the best to keep them smiling.

As many of you have asked for timeline, here it is:

Mar2010 - CPC-M
May2010 - AOR
Jun2010 - Sent docs IMM forms asked with AOR + proofs
Feb2011 - Sent docs proofs after visiting wife
May2011 - re-PCC, IMM, and Supp forms received
June2011 - re-Med request
Oct2011 - PPR
Nov2011 - Visa

19+ months total

Approx how much time does CHC islamabad take nowadays tp issue AOR.
My Family's application was forward to CHC on 2oth september and i know it is bit early but just want to get some information.

Sister I don't know what you said in urdu cuz its hard for to read it but its not about how ugly a wife is and husband. Its about how much understanding they have. Alhamdullilah my wife was chosen by my parents because it was arrange marriage but there were some requirements in a girl where I was looking for but I also thought with myself that how much taqwa and deen I have in my self before I ask in girl and offcourse I told my mom about what I look for in a girl. My prime requirement was a girl who takes hijab, not just as a piece of cloth, but with its full essence. The other requirements include her being intelligent and well educated in islam, i dont want her degrees to earn money for me tomorrow becuase i am man and a man job is to support his wife also intellectual and open minded etc... I told my mom I want a girl who has saved herself, who has refused attention because she looks forward to attention of only one guy. That is the essence of ugly girl so yes she is my whole world too balkay everything sky earth etc.....

Now no more Halloween I am going out to scare people. I love hashey's reese's tortillas chocolates people give me.these ones only.

I have seen WES bro and his whole family at the airport, my grandfather was on the same flight as his wife and yes Wes is a good looking man and yes he is tall, i think 5'11 or 6 maybe.. no homo lol..
