Hi, they did ask the Proof of contact + imm forms back in June 2010.also but in 2011, they ask same thing again.
I submitted docs on May, 2011-and waiting for the re med-or may be an interview, I send them e-mail and found that application is in process and in queue for review, but nothing more than that. I am praying every day that they request RE-Med but you never know what they come up with. Please include me in your prayers.

In my case, there were international travels as well. I know there is also a luck factor but please don't assume that if you have international travels, the background checks will take forever.

It is our job to provide them proper documents with valid travel reason and the PCCs from those countries. And if those countries are well developed, verifying the authenticity doesn't take long.

They do send landing paper with the VISA/passport. You are not suppose to sign it until you land; the immigration officer will confirm the details on the landing paper and will ask you sign it in front of him/her. Other than that all the documents that you sent including originals, photocopies, photographs everything comes back with the passport....

is understandable ...guess it is luck..but regarding internatinoal traveling....i did provide very authentic documents in the matter of his traveling and reason..i dont think its the information i provided...its just that there are other factors of my situation that i say is delaying it....he does have a pma history.. him and his family...and many more i would say with confidence that i provided good documents ....other than that i would say its purely luck
